This heat pump tumble dryer seems to be quicker at drying clothes than my really old conventional dryer. Love it - super smart machine. Have no problems with the bed sheets tangling up due to the reverse tumble. The only downside with Miele products in Australia is the price.

This heat pump tumble dryer seems to be quicker at drying clothes than my really old conventional dryer. Love it - super smart machine. Have no problems with the bed sheets tangling up due to the reverse tumble. The only downside with Miele products in Australia is the price.

This dryer worked fine and it seemed like a great product initially. We particularly like the lint filter and condenser protection filter, which are good quality, work well and are easy to clean.Then the touch screen display control panel stopped working only after 3 months of use.We can’t change the menu on the screen.What’s even more annoying is that the dryer touch screen sometimes works - very randomly. We think our dryer has a faulty display panel as our matching Miele washing machine is still working fine without any problems so far.We're waiting for the service centre guy to visit us, which is scheduled in about 2 weeks.
