My friend lent me her Miele vacuum when she moved to Germany for 1 1/2 years and it was a DREAM! I finally got my own and I'm obsessed. She had the Classic C3 for comparison, I haven't noticed much difference in the performance. The suction power is amazing, I believe just the same as the C3. I love that the debris is collected in a bag and I don't have to empty it every time. The power cord isn't as long as the C3 but it works just fine for my 600sqft apartment. There isn't a compartment for the attachments, so they sit on the hose which I don't mind at all. I've only had this vacuum for a little over a month, but so far it compares to the C3 pretty well! I love it.

I bought the charger for our stick Miele vacuum cleaner so that we can keep the second battery always charged ready to use. It is extremely useful as it charges the battery quickly and halfway through vacuuming the battery drains completely. Then we have the second battery ready to use. We were very pleased that we made the decision to purchase the charger.

Love this vacuum, replaced my old Dyson. The extra tools could be made a little stronger but they work. The people at Vac Connection in Burlington ON were great helping me this new wave of vacuums since I hadn't bought one in years. So far I am very pleased with my purchase.
Very pleased with the purchase of the Miele Triflex cordless vacuum cleaner. Built quality is excellent. This little vacuum cleaner works extremely well. The battery charge last over one hour.
The staff at VacConnection were courteous, knowledgeable and thoroughly reviewed the product I was purchasing. Explained the importance of regular maintenance to extend the longevity of my vacuum. When looking for a light-weight cannister vavuum, Duncan showed me a floor display model (Miele cannister C2) that was just right for me.Duncan also told me that I can bring my old vacuum for 'greenrecyling’ - that was the icing on the cake!A few days later, I was back in the store to bring the old vacuum andto buy the Miele STB305 Turbo Brush. This vacuum is simply amazing, well worth the money. It offers three choices of vacuum power depending on the soil level of the carpet. It is hard to believe the amount of dust, etc. in the canister after vacuuming. After a few uses, removal of battery to recharge and emptying the canister became much easier.The demonstration and the features of this vacuum from the gentleman at Vac Connection sold us on the vacuum. Although we thought it quite expensive, it has proven that it is worth every dollar.
The choice of suction power, cord length and ease of canister movement are excellent. However, the floor tool has two plastic wheels that roll noisily on hardwood flooring. Also, the on board tools are made of light plastic, are quite small and do not attach well. Overall, a very powerful machine with underwhelming tools.
The good:- Easy to use extendable wand.- Powerful suction.- Relatively quiet even at high suction, and one is able to moderate suction (and sound level) over a wide range to suit everything from carpets to sheers.- Electrical cord is long and the rewind mechanism is smooth.- Suction hose is long enough and swivels at the handle end to avoid knots.- The disposable sacs are easy to manage.- Controls are easy to understand.The less good:- It is not the lightest machine to carry up steps when vacuuming a carpeted staircase.
