I have never thought that at the end of every day I will be looking forward to tomorrow morning’s cup of coffee. Since purchasing this machine, it’s my reality. And I enjoy it very much.

Have used Miele coffee machines for a few years and changed to this new model when the older one had to retire. The right side of the milk spout (never the left) gets blocked after every 3-4 coffees despite rinsing immediately after making each coffee - its an expectation that this will happen regularly. Our previous Miele coffee machine only had this problem occasionally. Disappointing for a Miele quality appliance.

You pay a little more for Miele, but you always get what you pay for. Somehow, coffee tastes better from their machines. Only minor downside is that water tank lifts up to remove, so machine placement on counter under upper cabinets can be tight. Both bean and water containers are a bit smaller than other machines as well.
If you are looking for an all in one automatic machine giving you great espresso and all the milk drinks that go along with it, this is the machine for you!This is an extremely high quality machine from Miele. Couldn't be happier with my purchase.
Really happy with our Miele coffee maker, quiet grind, easy to navigate display. Milk infused drinks are easy to make and the cleaning cycle is straightforward.
This machine was ordered and paid for directly to sales at miele.co.nz on 16 December 2022. It was delivered late, not before Xmas as promised, but more than one month later from NZ to our address in the Bay of Islands New Zealand. We are now using it daily, and find it to be a good very hygienic automatic little companion, not complicated, but also not as quiet as a church.
Really does taste like cafe brought coffee, with the right beans it makes a very enjoyable drink. The one button operation is a breeze to use. Its perfect for a couple thoe with 10 people round for coffee the small water tank and the rinsing cycle does add a bit to the process however you would expect that for a compact bench top coffee machine. We are pleased with our purchase and would highly recomend this machine.
This machine is the best I've owned. It makes great coffee with many options. Easy to clean and maintain by the way it is designed. All main parts can be removed to clean. Would recommend this machine rather than going to a coffee shop.
I bought the CM5310 to replace my old CM5300, the CM5300 had some issues like water leaking under the drip tray, the coffee was never hot enough.The new CM5310 does not have any problems at all, as far as I'm concerned it is perfect coffee machine +++++
