I am a setter and I love this. It is the perfect weight to where I can do it for a short amount of time and still feel the burn in my wrists. I have this ball to thank for my volleyball success. I do little exercises with the ball everyday and I can see the improvement.

This volleyball was everything it was advertised to be and much less expensive ($15 less) than at the other big box sporting goods stores. Worth waiting a few days for the ship to store.

This is a great training Volleyball for setters. It was a Christmas gift for my granddaughter, and she has been using it to strengthen her arms. It inflated easily, and holds air well. No complaints!
