Was looking for a quality jacket, this is it in the Olive Drab.Well made and comfortable. I mainly wear it without the liner, it fits nicely over a T-shirt and thermal. Warm on cold nights and doesn't feel heavy or cumbersome, pockets are big enough for wallet and phone etc. Can wear for almost any occasion.Same week delivery, arrived in perfect condition.
Exactly what I ordered, I lived in these jackets during the 70/80s, working with the USN.I have been looking for sometime for one, stumbled across your site, saw you had them for sale placed an order there and then.Arrived in 3 days, unwrapped the jacket half expecting to be disappointed with the product, hell no it was just like the orginal M65 liner and all.Thanks you guys, I will be wearing it everywhere the only problem I see going forward ,is the M65 is virtually indestructible so probably never need another one in my life time.Great service,great product. Note that the zipper is a heavy duty brass type which is a plus... (Not likely to self-destruct for some time?)I'm not too sure of the sizing... I am 136cm around the chest, and the fit was about right. (3XL).The site states that 3XL was for up to 147cm chest measurement, and I was worried that it may be too big for me, but as I mentioned, the fit was about right for me. (Not tight, not too loose, looked good while wearing it)Cuffs on the sleeves have a velcro adjuster, from 'loose' to as 'snug' as you want.There is a 'draw-string' at the bottom of the jacket, and snap domes over the zip, and also to secure the pockets.Delivered by courier from Chch to Dunedin about 24hrs after ordering. Also, helpful advice from the shop, over the phone. Peter, Dunedin NZ.
Great jacket, you can really feel the quality in this replica. I really enjoy the pockets.I really appreciate the ability to take out the liner too, I find myself wearing it without the liner just during the day and putting the liner back in for the darker hours!
Good jacket with easy removable inner lining which makes it very warm when you need it to be but no inside pockets and no pockets in the lining also could have done with buttons to fasten hood to the back for better water resistance otherwise I'd have given 5 stars but still comfortable and hard wearing
purchased this m65 camo jacket, its as good if not better as described. fits well, great material. so warm with liner, great casual wear without liner. highly recommended.
