I’m a die hard Milwaukee fan. I get quite a bit of fuss because of it too lol. I’ve never been let down by the brand as of yet until this product. There’s nothing wrong with the sockets them selves they’re great! The third or maybe fifth time using the ratchet though it completely gave out on me. All I was doing was tightening down a piece of trim in a vehicle! A little upset but life will go on.

Love this set! I use this set everyday as a material handling equipment, and aerial lift technician. The organization is awesome making sockets easy to find and less likely to lose.The 90 tooth ratchets are great I hope they make a new middle insert to hold the new extended locking flex head ratchets. I also would love to see a similar packout organizer for the ratcheting wrenches. looking forward to see Milwaukee's new hand tool offerings!

Sometimes you get something and know it is tight and right especially if you are used to loose and sloppy. These ratchets are tight and right extremely high quality. The sockets have 0 slop they are tight and right. The square ends are next level stuff brilliant a socket you can put a wrench on when there is no room for the ratchet. The best socket set I have ever used. This includes snap on.

I ended up assembling my own due to sales on the individual items through HomeDepot. In the end, it’s the exact same think as shown above. Absolutely the best socket set ever.Packout Case:- Durable latches, with an overal premium feel. Definitely built to withstand anything you throw at it…or drop it on:)- Inserts hold the sockets in place quite well. Seems to have a little bite to them, so the sockets do not come out when holding/carrying the case. Please note, this does not affect your ability to pull sockets out for use! Very easy to remove them.- Oddly, the 3/8 and 1/4 ratchet holder does not have a bite to it, so they rattle around quite a bit. Not enough to impact the 5 star ratingSockets Set -- LOVE THEM! Bought this to use as a transportable set when showing classic cars. Some of the best sockets and ratchets I have ever owned. Love the squared off shape of the sockets to prevent rolling. Ratchets are solid and smooth. Would have liked a quick release button but not a deal breaker. Everything locks into place very nicely. A bit pricey but perfect for a portable set.

I originally just wanted/needed a new 3/8" drive set but when I got it, I liked it so much that I returned it and bought this combo kit along with the 1/2" drive set. And I loved that this combo set came with the packout case. The only thing I hate is that I have my sets organized by drive size, not metric vs. SAE and this case puts metric 3/8" with 1/4" and then SAE 3/8" with 1/4" and has a separate thing for the ratchets. I hate that. If I carried them with me all the time it wouldn't bother me, but for storage purposes, it drives me nuts. Also the low profile packout case it comes with, I can't even use it for anything else because it has a divider going right now the middle. So it'll just sit and never get used. Bought this set, love it, but as time goes by I’m having a hard time removing the sockets and putting the ratchets back in. It’s like the the plastic around the sockets and ratchets is slowly shrinking. Breaking fingernails trying to remove them. Have to get a screwdriver to remove the sockets now.
Very pretty tools.... but 3/8 ratchet will break if you use for lug nuts :/ (my Stanley ratchet could handle it...). The supplied warranty card lists an email address that doesn't respond and a phone number that will transfer you to India. Apparently in Canada you can't partake in the pre-paid postage to a service provider option like the warranty card says.... You're expected to drive to a service shop to deliver your tool for inspection. This poor support for a premium product is enough that I returned the set. Snap On sends you a new tool under warranty with just a phone call...
