Works great! Uses the 12 batteries that I already have which last a long time in the tool. Compact and easy to control. Easy to adjust for material being stapled. Easy to reload.

I practiced using it on scrap 1/2" pressure treated plywood and chipboard wood. With only 10 turns of the adjuster I was able to sink 3/8" arrow staples evenly to the surface. With longer and greater depth 1/2" staples 20 turns seem to work perfectly. Actually cranked it to 50 turns and staples were neatly sunk just below the surface. I had no deformed staples. Best use practices: 1. I can adjust the depth by increasing downward pressure on stapler, 2. For best results I kept the entire stapler flat on the surface. It's a great product.

Typical Miiwaukee quality--excellent. A little heavier than I expected, but still comfortable even after hundreds of staples (installing house wrap). Nice not having to deal with an air compressor and hoses to hang the house wrap. Versatile and powerful. Easily drives1/2" staples into hardwood. Tool will come in handy for some automotive re-upholstery work.

I am a loyal Milwaukee tool purchaser. So I am accustomed to the high quality of their products. I have used this tool to install screen behind a vent and to attach strings of lights. I especially appreciate the depth adjustment. It allows for a wide variety of uses. It has been everything I expected and more. Great tool.
This stapler is a great way to save fatigue from using the old style squeeze handle models. I bought it to install screen in my shed, but have found plenty more uses for it. Battery run time seems great. I haven't had one die on me yet, although I haven't driven more than 100 staples before charging it when I was done anyways. There is a small lag time between shots, but nothing to really effect my reviews. The stapler is def worth the money.
Yes, Im a self-professed MKE fanboy, but I try to remain honest and impartial, despite my love for (almost) all things Milwaukee. For this stapler, the m12 line is perfect. The weight distribution and proportions ensure a natural, comfortable grip. Holding the stapler for extended periods does not exert the hand or forearm. The site lines are clearly visible with no visual obstructions. The trigger resistance feels natural, with ample resistance to prevent accidentally firing a staple, but easy enough to press with fighting it. Even a meager 1.5a battery will lost many hours of all-day stapling, for such task as insulation installation or upholstery work. Or, perhaps buy refurbished like I did, and only spend $60-ish instead of retail. If youre already invested in the m12 family of tools, and you have or anticipate need for a stapler for larger, extended tasks, then this tool will be good addition to your Milwaukee arsenal. However, if you are not already invested in the m12 family, unless you find this stapler bundled with a battery and charger for an incredible price, I would not be able to justify purchasing it unless you have or anticipate having a need for extended tasks that require or benefit from stapling; this is not a gateway tool for Milwaukee or the m12 line of tools. This tool is best reserved for someone who is already invested in the Milwaukee (preferably) m12 line, doesnt already have a sufficient stapler, and finds this tool at a good price.
Great for everyday use of basic stapling. I use it for work to staple clips onto our wood false fronts for cabinetry.
Purchased 2 of these a week ago. I used them for stapling young tree shelters which entails regular stapling at a medium to high frequency into pine. Both machines got through about 2000+ staplers then seemingly stopped working. 2 different light errors (full blinking and the other alternate lights blinking). We have diagnosed:1. No staple jams (using standard galvanised 10mm x 10mm T50 staples)2. Batteries are brand new (2x 3ah and 1x 6ah High output)3. No abuse, we look after our gear4. I am able to reset them SOMETIMES via removing battery and inserting them with striker plate and trigger held down but they'll go for a few staples then stop working again giving the light errors. No information online or in manual about blinking light errors. We've let them rest for an hour and then overnight thinking it was an overheating issue but the issue is still there the next day and the next. We got one replaced, same issue again at about 2000 staples in.Faulty batch? Or not as heavy duty as other Milwaukee tools?
Ordered it to help put 1/4" hardware cloth on a 10'x6' chicken run. Used it all day and it never went below four bars. Also had zero issues seating the staples properly. Very pleased with the purchase.
while I have not used it on a project I have tested it out on 3/4 inch white pine and 3/4 red oak. After adjusting the depth gauge it buried the staples. I tried about 30 staples overall and it worked flawlessly.
