Good solid wrench. The head is not floppy. When you unlock it, you have to move the head position yourself. The 12” length is nice too. The ON/OFF switch AND the head locker are metal, which is why I paid more for this one.

Nice ratchet. Locks up fairly firm. Switch is a bit soft but not bad. Ratchet mechanism is smooth. Length is great for more torque on fasteners. Comfortable grip and overall satisfied with how it works.

The ratcheting action is smooth and does not wobble like some other brands or older ratchets do. The head can be flexed to 9 different positions and has a lever to lock the head in place. this is especially useful when working in tight engine bays or under cats where nothing ever seems to be conveniently accessible.The sockets fit firmly, but not so tightly that you need to fight to remove a socket.

The rachet works awesome! Flex head with the locking switch works awesome. Only complant id see is it doesnt have a soft handle for the soft handed fellas.
This is a great ratchet for getting leverage in tight spots or where you can’t get a full range of motion. The tilting function locks into numerous positions or just straight, if you prefer. The joint at the tilting function has very little play and overall the tool is great quality. Fits 3/8” sockets and adapters. This flex head ratchet is made in Taiwan.
I got a complete set of these Flex head ratchets now and this 3/8" is perfect for my job. Working on verible speed drives. I hve to get in and around alot of wires and break loose torx head bolts and was alway hitting my hand on the sides of the frame or on other parts. Now with this I am able to get in under the cables to the bolts and flex the handle so I clear the sides or obstruction. This is very well made has a nice wight to it and the locking head makes this so much easier to use. The finish on the ratchet is perfect not a blem anywere. The ratchet feels very smooth, not sure but feels like it's a 88 gear ratchet they are very close togother and I count 22 clicks on a 1/4 turn. I did not see the information on the lable. I have used it at work and home and just love it. This is of the highest quality and the best 3/8" flex head that I have used in over 20 years. The Flex head is attached to the handle with a torx head bolt making it stronger and easy to tighten up if it ever starts to lossen up. The lock lever on the handle is great locking the head were you want it not leting it snap out of place like others I have used. The lock lever operates very smoothly also as well as the direction lever. The ball bearing holds the socket in place and will not let it come off easy so you wont lose a socket in a tight spot. I can pull it loose but it takes alot of force. This could change over heavy use in a couple years. But thats a problem with all ratchet. Even the ones with a release button. Any way again this is a outstanding Flex head ratchet well made in every aspect. I expect it will out live me.
I don't understand why the head on this ratchet has to be so large. It's just a 3/8in drive ratchet, but it feels like a large 1/2in drive one. It's unecessary, in my opinion. Their standard extended ratchets are nice and compact, but for some reason Milwaukee decided to make this one huge and heavy. Take a look at my comparison pics with a Snap On ratchet. That's a big difference. When wrenching on cars you need all the room you can get, an overly large ratchet in tight spaces won't work.
