Been using mine for about a month now, and no complaints. Comes in a Milwaukee-sealed box with manual and reconditioned tool warranty info. Only difference between this and new is that you get a re-conditioned serial number in addition to the SN on the tool itself (presumably so they know how to handle any potential warranty claims). Otherwise, my driver was/is like new -- except that it's now covered in dust from use like everything else in my work bag. Driver itself is excellent; plenty of torque, love the multiple speed settings, and the ring lights are excellent when working inside cabinets. Can't really say enough good things about it!

This might be the best one yet. A workhorse in a family of beast. I mainly use the M18 Fuel line, however, Iāve always had a M12 in my bag for service calls because itās lighter. I decided to upgrade my M12 to this M12 Fuel and wow what a game changer. Itās lightweight but unbelievably powerful. For a residential electrician this M12 Fuel has the ability to do 99% of all jobs, and for the 1% Iāll pull out the M18 Fuel. Would highly recommend.

Absolutely love the compact feel, the torque is perfect for its intended use. As a left handed user the only drawback is the forward/lock/ reverse switch. My index finger is constantly pushing it to lock or reverse! I have to consciously remember to arch my finger to not push it! I believe a simple fix would be a plastic standoff below the switch and on its sides to make you put your finger onto the switch to move positions.Still a great tool, would recommend it.

Best 99 dollars I've spent in recent memory for sure. I am a wood worker and do some large and small projects this impact has the power for 5in lag bolts and the compact finesse for drilling miter cornered 1/8in dowl holes for heirloom box jointing. The battery has been consistent with 1 full charge every other day in my shop. Great tool, want more of the 12v line from the black and red! I use a different color scheme for my 20v "real job" needs. I would like to compare real world 18v vs 20v rivals some day though! Wink Milwaukee š
This m12 fuel compact impact driver is the bees knees. It is my most used tool on a daily basis, period. I like it so much I own two and carry them both pretty much everywhere I go. I could not recommend the m12 fuel impact driver enough. Have even broke trailer lugs loose with it in a pinch. It is products like this that give Milwaukee their reputation... I run mine with XC6. 0. Battery lasts forever and is durable.

Powerful little driver and the speed/torque selection is fantastic. Like almost M12 tools, compact package though the consequence of the handle inserted battery is a slightly thicker grip than would be considered ideal. Well made and the tri-lobe workspace lighting is the best. The only improvement I would suggest is a spring-ejecting shank (like the Ridgid subcompacts).
I'm going through an office remodel right now, and that has given me a chance to put the M12 Fuel 1/4" hex impact through its paces. Has not let me down, not once. I like that it has power settings, so you don't have to worry about trying to feather the trigger for control so as not to create a cavity or completely blowing through a workpiece. It is lightweight, feels comfortable in the hand, and compact enough to fit in tight spaces without having to contort your arm.
I use this impact drill for residential and commercial hvac. Super light, feels good in the hands, a breeze to tote around all day. All the electricians keep asking to use it. This is a bad boy! I love using it. Easily went through 16 ga. Metal straps into metal beams with no problems. It has so much torque; I had to dial it down because it was snapping the heads off the self tapping screws. Heās earned a nicknameā¦Lilā Torkey (patent pendingā¦ ;). Heavy to light use. Iām getting one for the whole crew!!
I wasnāt a fan of Milwaukee tools working in the automotive industry and always preferred the big name Snap-on or Matco brands. However I was talked into making this purchase and have been completely impressed with this product in both the cost , significantly less than Snap-on also less than the Matco brand. I use this daily in my work and am satisfied in its performance which will make me look at other tools In the Milwaukee line up
