I ordered two of the hoodies one was supposed to come with a battery . The box was torn open and no battery inside. I called acme and the person told me it didn't come with a battery but right on the box it said it was included.

Great hoodie, warm without it being on. While on, a 2.0 battery will last 8hr on low, 3.5 to 4 on high. Battery pouch large enough where it’s not in the way and divided to the front or rear. If needed to would buy again.
Received item very quick- no complaint. The description makes you belive you are receiving battery with hoodie as they state that battery holds 8h of heating. It would and that depends on battery (1.5 will hold less cp 2 ) this case there is no battery included. If it was stated clearly it is just hoodle, I wouldn’t order. It is a gift. Warranty is for 1 year (1 season). Expensive for what it is.
Lighter weight sweatshirt than my last one. Button isn't as easy to use.

I love my heated hoodie it's great when your sitting at the football game. Keeps you nice and warm. It's like having a heating blanket to go.
