I've been using this packout bag for a few months now and one of the greatest features is that it holds a whole lot of tools. I keep my M18 circular saw, M18 hacksaw, M18 oscillating tool, extra batteries, multimeter and a few batteries in there. It is definitely nice for overflow tools and easy to get to. The hardest part about packout is that its not easy to get to a middle box, so I keep tools in this bag I need to get to, or just to grab a bag and go. The shoulder strap is strong and the material on the bag seems strong although I feel like if I leave blades on the tools (like the multitool or hacksaw), that they might rip through but so far so good. It is really big to click to the top of a packout tower, so I just find it easier to use as a bag to go, but ... MoreI've been using this packout bag for a few months now and one of the greatest features is that it holds a whole lot of tools. I wish I had seen this bag before buying it online. The bag could have done with more internal pouches. I am currently using my a veto tp4 pouch to organise hand tools, maybe Milwaukee should design tall containers for this bag. I also don't like that the bag doesn't finish flush with packout containers and is annoying when carrying around the job site. It is a good bag if you're ONLY going to store power tools. Do some research before buying this bag that meets your needs and wants.

This bag has enough room to bring a full mechanics set anywhere. So much space. The build quality is fantastic with heavy duty zippers, really thick, durable shell, and the straps are very strong. The only thing I've had an issue with is when i have it attached to a couple low pro organizers, the latching system gives way when i pick up by the straps only. Other than that, i dont think ill buy another bag.

Excellent bag with solid construction. The key here is the solid bottom and the large top opening. I keep my m18 kit in here. Circular saw, sawzall, oscillating tool, rapid charger, 2 9.0 batteries and a selection of extra blades. Keep everything neatly organized. It’s really heavy loaded but I can still zip is up easily and the shoulder strap is key. Overall it’s expensive but fit my needs perfectly.
So I purchased this as an update to my regularly used toolbag... which was actually the bag that my Milwaukee Circular Saw came with. I really needed something bigger as I typically lug around a bunch of small hand tools, together with an impact and hammer drill, hammer, and a couple of bit/drill sets.Whilst I can now easily fit everything into the bag (it's a heavy lift though!) the biggest issue I have is the complete lack of any form of internal organizational features which is needed for a container of this size. Apart from one side with a few spaces for my most used drivers, everything else has to just lay 'flat' in the bottom of the bag... necessitating the heavier items to be placed on the bottom. This is a real problem at jobsites as just pulling out a ... MoreSo I purchased this as an update to my regularly used toolbag... which was actually the bag that my Milwaukee Circular Saw came with. Apart from one side with a few spaces for my most used drivers, everything else has to just lay 'flat' in the bottom of the bag... necessitating the heavier items to be placed on the bottom. This is a real problem at jobsites as just pulling out a small screwdriver for a quick fix usually requires me to empty out a significant portion of tools just to access anything that may have worked it's way down the bag; and forget trying to find something small like a spare screw or wall anchor.I also carry a wallboard saw with me, which I can't place in the bag as there's no reinforced place to put such an item where it wouldn't either eventually damage the bag or be a cut hazard when fumbling around for other tools. It's a real shame they didn't seem to do much field testing or speak to professionals about the needs before designing this... seems like a lost opportunity here. A big empty cavernous space of a bag is useless without some form of organizational system to compartmentalize items for more effective storage.I'm sure Milwaukee could fix this by selling some sort of insert that would allow tools to be strapped to it and better use the vertical space... but likely they will try and sell each for $20 and so you end up with a VERY expensive solution compared to similar products out there made by other brands that seem more contractor minded. It's a shame - most of my tools are Milwaukee brand and I like the consistency of having most items by the same company. It's also great free advertising to Milwaukee having contractors and installers out there turning up to job sites with Milwaukee branded bags and using Milwaukee Tools. Unfortunately, my customers probably won't notice now as I'll be switching out to a different brand bag as this one just can't do the job it's designed for.
Bought this to carry a load of m18 tools to work. The bottom alone will sell you. Very tough and should last. As will the zippers and straps. Very satisfied and may actually purchase another.
Love this bag. It’s my main bag and it holds all kinds of my tools from hand to power to bits and blades, pencils and more. Has a lot of space. I must have 70 pounds of tools in it and handles it no problem. Built really well. The sides don’t collapse in and it’s just a great bag. Zippers heavy duty and works great. Don’t got anything bad to say about it and will get another if mine ever wears out.
Having a shoulder strap was a huge selling point for me. I am able to carry all my hand tools that I need while keeping my hands free to carry other things I might need. This usually goes on top of all my other packout boxes, with the rolling tool box on the bottom, for easy transport to my work location. Very durable and well made!!
I was at ho e depot looking for a tool bag for my Graco cordless handheld airless paint sprayer. I happened across this and it seemed almost perfect. It Hold the gun/pump, the supply cup, extra liners & the battery charger w/2 batteries. Ot had plenty of space so i just needed to make the best use of it. I used duct tape & cardboard to sectio. Iff the inside, so as to keep stuff organized. Then i saw the small oarts packout organizer & realized it would go perfect with the tote. I use the organizer to keep small wire brushes tips & the like so as to have all my equipment for this particular tool handy & organized. I love that i can clip the organizer to the bottom of the tote....it makes storage & transport so much easier. Wish they made a brush tote...
I bought this bag for the packout system. I use alot of different fasteners and the slim organizer is great. The good...The bag is a good size and the material feels like it will last. If you just need a big bag to put alot of tools in it may meet your needs. The bottom is solid with packout system. The bad...only has pockets on one side and no zippered pockets. What were they thinking? When you put your tools in the pouches, the bag collapses on that side. You have to hold the side open with one hand to see and grab tools with your other hand. I've had to buy tool pouch bags to organize some things. The outside of the bag has pockets on each end but they're not tall enough and useless. You can't put anything in there you wouldn't want to loose. No velcro pouch ... MoreI bought this bag for the packout system. The straps feel thin and the shoulder strap lacks padding.I wish I would have seen the bag and read specs before I ordered it. Convenient with the organizer and thats the only reason I'll use it. That and the overpriced $90 I spent.
