I bought a few versions of these genio lights, you cannot operate then normally but have to use an app and wifi. this was really annoying and in cases impossible to set up and useless for what I needed. this feature is great but let me just use them reguarly too. A good ole' remote, a switch. Give the options for regular NON wifi use, I am using for an artwork and there no access to wifi so they are a total waste.
