I can definitely tell this works. After I use it my plants have a growth spurt. I used it a lot in spring, to get a jump on plant growth. When combined with rain, it works wonders. My roses bloomed more than ever this year, and grew so much taller. I try to use this once a week, or every other other week when I can remember. I got this big canister on sale, and it lasts quite a while. If using on outdoor plants you go through it much quicker, but it lasts forever when using on indoor plants. I mainly use this on non edible plants since it's a chemical fertilizer, and dilute it if using on young plants or plants that might be sensitive to burn. I haven't had any issues using this.

This stuff works!! Just make sure you use it correctly and measure correctly and never fertilize first water! Water your dirt slightly, then the miracle grow water, then more regular water to wash it through! Works for flowers and ALL my veggies and other garden plants! It truly doesn’t smell like much of anything at all. You don’t need much for entire gallons so a little goes a LONG way! I’ve had my box for three years and I’m still scooping from dang near the top! Resealable box so it stores nice and comes with a doubled sided scoop for indoor and outdoor use with instructions on measurements. Love this!!

A MUST HAVE FOR HOUSE PLANTS!!

Have a 2' foot window in the kitchen. Put a nice parachute plant in front of the window. Add Miracle Gro ... now have a FOUR FOOT WIDE plant in front of my window. Actually, I now have a BUSH in front of my window. LOL. Over and over, this has been a proven winner for any houseplant. Currently have 2 snake plants that max at 4 feet -- so says the description. Wanna bet?? Highly highly recommend MG for anyone growing plants indoors, MiracleGro should be a given ... it's that simple for me.

I love to grow plants both indoors and outdoors and Miracle Grow provides the nutrients to sustain rapid root growth and full and vibrant blooms and vegetables. The miracle is really in God's creation evidenced by its wide array of shapes, sizes, colors and designs that Miracle Grow helps support and accentuate even with difficult to grow plants like orchids and Ukrainian Violets. I was please to find it in such a large size as I will not hesitate to employ it more often. Grower's hint, pay attention to the pH balance of the soil or medium you are using as more acidic plants produce deep and vibrant red blooms and foliage while more alkaline (base) pH will render lovely blues and greens. My first choice for flowering plants (not roses).

It's not really fair, but i took off 1 star simply for how much the price of this has increased since just before COVID-19 changed everything for ever. I had for years used this on all my flowering plants and even some of my shrubs, but at that time the price point was about half of what I'm seeing today (11/20/2022). (Don't use this for roses - use Rose Food!). I am still planning on using this come springtime, but I will definitely be watching for any over winter / black Friday sales.Some other reviews have made the claim that this does not have a broad enough spectrum of "minor nutrients". Well all I can say is when I remember to use this on my Dahlias as they grow, I get 6-9" blooms, and without it i was only getting 4-6" blooms. Also, when the plants are fed all year, the roots/tubers that I dig up in the fall are now nearly the size of Idaho potatoes (!) instead of the little "breakfast dausage" sized pieces that are sold (Chicago winters would kill them, I invested in a "dorm room" size refrigerator to store them over winter).I

Not Blue, extremely pale green & so ineffective

Never thought I would be leaving a poor review for this as we’ve used it for generations now in our family. Never disappointed. Until this year. I have contacted Miracle Gro company service TWICE with NO response, chat feature on their page doesn’t work & says live agent not available. This is the 2nd box I’ve bought that has mixed up an extremely pale green instead of the deep blue I love so much. It’s not working as well either this year. It’s like I might as well be using water. Extremely disappointed as this was a summer essential for me and that beautiful blue color is nostalgic and thrills me (it’s the little things I love lol). If someone could direct me to where I could purchase the original color and formula let me know ASAP. Not quite the same as when I bought it last time!
