I was unsure about this noise as this was going in a bedroom, however it is much quieter than I expected. heats and cools as expected. The installation is another question and I wish I had shopped around for a installer rather than just call the company recommended by appliances online, but that is no reflection on the AC.

I’m happy with the system. It’s quiet, heats and cools the space well.
It is a great product specially when it is on special. Does what it is suppose to do. Its noise level is quite low, so good for your house. Cooling is great and heating is fine too. Design could have been bit better and remote control is quite big. Overall, great value for money
I’ve had this air con now for about 6 months. It is so easy to use, and it is so efficient. It looks modern and clean with its nice glossy white design. I use both the heater and the air conditioner, and find it takes only minutes to really fill the room with warmth or cold. Having the ability to control it from an app on my phone is unreal - I can lay in bed in the morning, turn on the heater to warm the living room from bed, and get up to a warm room. Absolutely fantastic.

I am very impressed with this air conditioner. I like the modern style, the great airflow, the quiet operation and the ease of cleaning.
This unit is perfectly matched to the area I want to cool and gets to the desired temperature quickly. I'm really impressed with how quiet it is both inside and the split outside. The remote is straight forward enough and although the unit is a large white rectangle it's surprisingly unobtrusive.
Replaced a 25 year old air conditioner that increased my electricity bill by a huge number of dollars every time I turned it on. Can’t believe how quiet and economical it is to run.
