Good brand name. Excellent quality. Previous Mitsubishi air con it replaced was topknot free for 18 years!
The air conditioner does exactly what it was advertised to do: cools the place down effectively. Amazingly, it was delivered a couple of weeks earlier than expected (latest proposed date was around 29 Dec) but it arrived around 14 Dec. No complaints about THAT!!! I would recommend this air conditioner to anyone seeking a top quality system.

we have only been using the Mitsubishi Electric 8kW Reverse Cycle Split Inverter Air Conditioner MSZAP80VGDKIT MSZAP80VGDKITfor about a month now but it is proving to be very quiet & effective at heating our large lounge & kitchen and part of our long hallway. We knew it wouldn't do the entire job but it is much better than our previous gas ducted heating & with the doors of the spare bedrooms closed it is working really well. We have marvelled at how quiet both the inside & outside units are. The inside unit is so quiet & is no hindrance to TV enjoyment at all, and is virtually right above our heads. No regrets at all with this big ticket item.
I would only ever purchase a Mitsubishi air conditioning system
