Mizuno Wave Inspire is probably the best sports shoe I have ever worn. Light, superbly comfortable and giving excellent balance in the gym and during exercise classes. It would also be suitable for running but I prefer to use my Asics gel Kayano for running and save the Mizunos for everything else.

Love the shoe! Mizuno is good for a narrow foot. My only regret is not replacing the other mizuno's earlier!
Now in the 20th generation, this running shoe keeps getting better and better. ideal for those who need more cushioning, this shoe is even more comfortable than the last generation.
I think they are not such a good fit as the previous versions. Just the feeling I get when I put them on. Seem a bit "floppy" compared to the 19 and 18 versions.
Very comfortable fit. I finally don't get shin splints when running! At 33 that's a big deal. They are light weight. I wish they had more colour options however, the style I chose had white or black only.I plan on purchasing Mizuno only in future for running shoes.
They are fantastic for road running. I have flat feet and have suffered from Achilles issues in the past however these are perfect to manage these issues while continuing training.
Love the Wave Inspire range. Have the 18's, and the 20's are great as well.I'm not a big runner, but they're great for walking, strength training, everything. I'll be back for more...
Just picked up a pair of wave inspire 20 to replace my old running shoes. Great fit, comfortable to wear and light. I use them for park runs and first time out posted a new PB. Very pleased.
