Very pleased with the wave inspire 19. Have been wearing this running shoe since the 8th series. A very supportive shoe. Great for severe overpronators like myself.Very responsive and forgiving to the legs on longer distance runs and 50k lkus walks. Mizunos never disappoint.

Ordered in peach and they're cute and comfortable. These used to be my go-to running shoe before Brooks and Hokas came along with nice wide sizing. I should have remembered that I used to wear a 27.5 in Japanese sizing but I ordered the 10.5 which is a 27. True to size for walking around but size up from your normal shoe size if you want to run any distance.

Amazing I no longer need my hard orthotics, my feet roll inwards and I have dropped arches these shoes have a J Bar and have wider soles. They correct many foot issues due to firm stability, I also have them in black for nursing they offer so much relief from pain and pressure areas from a long work day. I did choose a size bigger though, highly recommend.
Perfect shoe for anyone who has an arch issue. It's very comfortable. When buying online, make sure you check the right size. As it was my second Wave Inspire from Athletes foot, so I knew the correct size. Highly recommend to buy your first wave inspire in store and get their team to check your size first.

Not the same as Mizuno Inspires of the past. I have worn these shoes religiously for 6 years, bought this pair and threw out the box instantly knowing they were keepers. Well...they aren't. The sole is hard, not much for cushion and my knees take the impact while running as the shoe seems to favour absorbing through the sole and the insole. Worst $160 I have spent on shoes in a long, long time.
Really nice overall shoe, great support, love the 12mm drop, didn't need too much breaking in. Really good tread too - I wear tread out really quickly and these look like they will hold up and keep me safe through slippy conditions!They're a tiny bit heavy and would benefit from a little more cushioning in the toe but otherwise great! Have recommended them for my partner too.
First time purchasing Mizuno and I'm impressed! Super lightweight and comfy. I usually wear Asics but I loved the colours of these so decided to give them a chance. Im normally a US8-8.5 with orthotics but I got these in a 9 and they are perfect. Highly recommend.
Was hesitant to buy from start fitness due to some of the reviews, but they revived morepositive reviews that negative so decided to give it a whirl. I personally had no issues. Ordered trainers, received notifications along the way, received trainers, all smooth and without drama.
