Hello,I have filled out the customer service form online 2 times already and haven’t heard back.I am disappointed with the product unfortunately. There is little ankle support which places pressure on the toes, which causes pain during and after games. For $150 I would have expected a more comfortable and supportive shoe. Customer service experience is also lacking as I’m finding it difficult to get in touch with anyone from Mizuno regarding this.

These are great netball shoes. Very sturdy and comfortable. Fairly lightweight, well cushioned.
I have a large bunion and this shoes surprisingly fit nicely, provide the right support during sport, and does not give pressure on my bunion after use, unlike other shoes.
These shoes have shredded my toes and given me blisters on my feet
Comfortable shoe. Is a good overall shoe. Good shock absorption for jumping. Good grip for change of direction.

The shoes are great, very comfortable. Delivery was extremely slow. It took approximately 2 weeks for the shoes to be dispatched from date of purchase.
