Great everyday trainer. I have never owned a pair of Mizuno shoes before so I was very impressed with these. Great materials ensuring a smooth ride for short- moderate distance runs. The waveplate is noticeable but comfortable, plus it feels fast!

Love the update, lighter and the upper holds the foot better, the midsole cushion but still firm and works fgrest with the blade providing a great balance while Running with a stable balanced transition from heal to toe
So far since I’ve had my Wave Rider 28’s I’ve loved every run. I run casually 3 to 4 times a week and these give me great comfort and support to do so. Highly recommend.
I bought the first pair I tried on. Your technician brought two other pairs to try.Excellent recommendation and service.
Not worth $250. Average running shoe performance with no comfortability and actually hurts in the back foot where the wave plate is located after extended use.

The assistant was truly helpful in assessing my feet and walk using the amazing 3D technology. I had never realised I was pronating on my left and supernating on my right. No wonder my heels were getting painful with my old trainers that had lost their heel gel! We were quickly able to dismiss any new trainers that were not right for me and find a pair that are right. Thanks Athletes Foot!
Shoes squeak really loudly when walking in the wet and it feels like the front section on the right shoe has a problem under the sole and causes soreness after a long walk. Ver disappointing
