I switched to these after being a long time ASICS Nimbus wearer and getting constant shin splints with the post 19 models. These are a more classic fit than all the new overcushioned rocker shoes. So if you can’t wear those and have narrow feet these might be for you. My shins are much better and the cushioning is just fine in these for long distances

I switched to these after being a long time ASICS Nimbus wearer and getting constant shin splints with the post 19 models. These are a more classic fit than all the new overcushioned rocker shoes. So if you can’t wear those and have narrow feet these might be for you. My shins are much better and the cushioning is just fine in these for long distances

Comfort and stable for running
I LOVE THEM! Have been wearing Wave Riders for years but was keen to get more ball of foot cushioning with the same solid support in whole shoe - these are perfect!
I’ve worn a range of Mizuno’s for the past 9 years and these are my favourite by far. They feel really comfortable for any run I want to do. If you’re looking for a stable neutral shoe these are excellent.
