These are my son's favorite knickers. He wanted a couple more pairs and a different color as well. The white are not see through like some of the other brands and the extra lining provides a small layer of padding when sliding. They are quality pants with durable (yet breathable) material and stitching.

These are the best pants for 8U players. They’re the only pants that actually fit like knicker style for that age group. We recommended them to our whole team. They are very good quality.

We tried on ALL THE BRANDS and struggled to find my normally skinny boy pants that weren’t seriously reliant on his belt. We ordered many pants, and tried on many noticing most sizing charts were way off. We found ONE pair of these at Dicks and lucked out that they happened to be the right size. I hope Dicks carries these pants in a larger quantity and selection for little boys in the future. They are by far the best quality and fit I’ve found.

LOVE these pants so much. My son is much smaller than most his age so we have a hard time finding short or long pants to fit him. These are the best. They last all season or even 2 seasons. Totally worth the extra cost in my mind. And they look great.
Bought these in a size large for my 10 yo and he loves them. I especially like the sewn in cushioning in the hips/back area for sliding protection. There's tons of brands selling baseball knickers but I'll only buy Mizuno. Definitely worth the money 👍
My son's new team wears knickers instead of long pants. I have purchased three pairs of knickers over the last couple of months and the Mizunos are the best in fit, quality, and overall value.Pants always seem to wear first in the butt and knee because my boy plays second base and loves to slide. Mizunos are reinforced at the butt with extra padding and they are just the right length (an inch below the knee) so they don't ride up above the knee when he slides like the other pants I bought. The fit is slim so if you have a bigger boy with hips or a butt, you may want to go up a size. My ten year old is lean and a little on the smaller side in height and mediums fit him perfectly. They are the cheapest as far as price goes but I believe these pants will go the ... MoreMy son's new team wears knickers instead of long pants. I have a slim boy and we accidentally found a pair of Mizuno pants on sale one year and they fit!!! When he joined a select team we ofcourse wanted him to look put together with pants that FIT, I couldn’t make my coupon for another popular sport store work so I went price shopping and came across the pants here! Way cheaper over all as we buy multiple colors and pairs. The stains release easily enough and he looks cute as can be in them! Will purchase again!
I can't review this purchase yet as I still haven't received it. The order was placed on February 6th. Here we are six weeks later and I still haven't received the baseball pants. I was told the pants were backordered until March 9th. Then on March 10th, I received notification that "my items are out of stock but they are expected to arrive soon and ship by the end of the month. When I eventually receive the pants, my son will probably be ending his baseball season. Very frustrating.
We have difficulty finding baseball pants that fit my husky son; he’s too muscular for many boy’s styles yet too short for the men’s offerings. To complicate things, he wanted knickers (short pants) this season. The fit of these is perfect. My son’s stats: height: 48 inches, weight: 120 lbs. Hope this helps other baseball families find the right fit for their kiddos.
These pants look great. The XS fit my 6U player really well. The leg elastic was a little big before the first wash, but after that, they stay up nicely. I was hoping the durability was a little better than the Champro pants we have purchased in the past, but I'm not sold. after 3 tournaments, the left knee is already showing thinning, and a hole will follow soon. The UA pants seem to be a little more stain resistant
