I’m an adult size 8-10, bought Youth 12-14 in this and it fits well. I use it as additional protection on days when I need to change tampons every 1-2 hours, and on its own on lighter days, and it’s brilliant, secure, comfortable, no leaks, can’t even compare it to pads. It would be better if it was seam free as you can clearly see the outline under leggings. It would also be better if it came in an adult size, bearing in mind adult (more curvy) body shapes. My daughter hates bikini style pants but loves these.She does a lot of sport and use to spend a reasonable amount of time pulling pants out of her bottom, until she discovered boyshorts, then to find a period version…she was thrilled.They fit well and she assures me they are comfortable enough to wear all the time (not just during). Great!

I ordered 3 pairs for myself 2 in 12-14 and one in 14-16 they all fit because the materials are stretchy.These specific pair in a 12-14. I use these with a cup while I am at work. Located in the US I work half my hours in person. Typically with a cup I get 4 hours before leaking, and I’m out of the house for 7 hrs I have not had any staining in my clothing. I experience a lot of clotting in the beginning then very little. I’ve only used them for one day and I already know that I’ll be using them every cycle. I thought my period was like SUPER heavy but I got the mod-heavy anyways, yet, they still have lasted for 10 hours and more bc it hasn’t leaked yet!!It’s exactly like they say, super absorbent and completely dry to the touch. When you slide them back up after going to the toilet, you feel no wetness!! Them being boyshort make me feel more secure that it won’t leak, especially on the first few days. I’ve yet to wear them to school, but I know they’ll be perfect!They’re also really comfy and really soft, but they dig in a tinyyyy bit at the sides. I have a really light flow and my period only happens every 1 and a half to months, but I got tired of using pads and wearing out all the cheap underwear I can find that at least fits they way I like.These ones are the perfect fit and I've been wearing them all the time and completely ditching my other underwear. The fabric is a really soft cotton and the merino liner is very comfortable. I have yet to have my period after purchasing these but they keep me really dry and comfortable in between with discharge and stuff. Will definitely get them again once these are worn to pieces.

This is my third purchase from Modibodi and I absolutely love them. I am a case manager at a non-profit organization located in Van Nuys California called Journey Out. We help those who have been affected by human trafficking and commercial sexual exploitation. A lot of the women we help often come to us for pads and tampons as they often can not access themselves due to their financial situations. I was thinking this would be a great product for us to have for our clients along with menstrual cups. I feel like these products really help bust confidence at least they did so for me. With regular menstrual products, I often felt grouse and dirty but with these, I feel super clean and comfortable. I really wish others will give these products a chance.
I bought these for my teenaged daughter. She is so happy with them and periods are a non-issue at our house anymore. Will be buying these for my other two daughters as soon as they get their periods too. Worth the extra money compared to other brands. So happy with them.
I bought the pants for my 13 year old dauther. I was really happy to find a brand selling pants in small sizes. Wie ordered size 8-10 years and it fits perfect for her (normally she needs underwear in German size 128/134). She is very petite and most brands offer only products starting size XS, which ist much oversized for her. She get her first menstruation last month and felt very unhappy with sanitary towels which are too big and uncomfortable. So we researched the world wide web and found Modibodi red. What should I say? My daughter is absolutely happy, the pants are comfortable, fits perfect and this time of her menstruation she feel really well and dry! Absolutely perfect :-)
My daughter has sensory issues and was struggling during her period because of this. Pads were too uncomfortable, and she can't bear the sight of blood, menstrual or otherwise. These pants are comfortable and because they are black she can't see the blood on them so she feels as close to not being on her period as possible. She is no much happier and confident during her period now.
