This coat was a 50th birthday present and my husband loves it. He wanted it for ages and so the expectations were high but they’ve lived up to it.The service when we picked it up was quite the opposite. Slow and sloppy. She gave us the coat after waiting over 30 mins for her to search for it. Then didn’t remove the tag and when I asked for the alarm tag to be removed she was shocked and asked me if I wanted it removing?!? If my husband hasn’t tried it on we would have had to do a 40 mile round trip for it removing. If it hadn’t been for the service this would’ve been rated a 5 star.
