First off, I see you Monday. Invalidating all of the negative reviews, that are all saying the exact same thing. Hairloss. Yeah, it doesn't cause hairloss for EVERYONE. But it sure does for a lot of us. Myself included. The product smells pretty, I'll give you credit for that. The packaging is beautiful, I will give you credit for that. And the marketing is one point, well done. But after months of use and blaming it on stress/thyroid/hormones/etc. I finally went to the doctor and got a bunch of bloodwork done, just to find out nothing is wrong. Waste of money. Insurance hardly covered anything. The only thing the doctor said was if I had any type of enviomental change, that could cause hairloss. After reading these reviews I’m honestly feeling so much better. I thought I was going insane! My scalp has been incredibly itchy, irritated, oily, and my hair has been falling out nonstop. I’ve been using this shampoo for about a month. I went from being able to shampoo/condition every 4-5 days to having to shampoo every 1-2. My hair before using this was long, thick, and shiny. I got comments on it all the time. It wasn’t until I colored my hair lavender that I knew it was the shampoo. My hair is bright blonde, I color it lavender often since I love the fade into a icy blonde. I have been doing this for YEARS, this time the lavender barely took. It was extremely patchy. I think the build up on my hair is so bad it’s now effecting all the products I use on it. ...Ā MoreAfter reading these reviews I’m honestly feeling so much better. I thought I was going insane! DO NOT BUY!!
26 February 2023

AVOID THIS!!!! I had very thick hair with a lot volume. Just over a month of using it I noticed my hair falling out at an extreme rate. I thought it was the stress due to my dads passing or maybe the long term effects of COVID. But coming here and seeing the reviews from many sites as well lit up a lightbulb. My hair legit feels like it’s glued to my scalp, my volume is gone. I still have a lot of hair but it’s nothing compares to how I had it in Nov ā€˜22. Ladies save your hair and money AND DO NOT PURCHASE THIS!!! The loss of hair isn’t worth it and the wait time to have your hair back to its normal appearance will take months or years. Save yourself from this disaster.

DO NOT!!!!!
3 May 2022

I used this product for a little over a month. The first few uses I noticed clumps of hair I'm the shower, not a small amount by far. A few weeks into it, I can not even put my hair in a ponytail! This is the worst shampoo and conditioner I have ever used in my life. If there is a class action lawsuit against this brand I would like to know! I would not recommend this product to my worst enemy. If you want to loose 50% or more of your hair then by all means buy this shampoo and conditioner. To make matters worse, I reached out to this company on every single platform I could find. They will not contact you bu phone, you will however get the same copied and pasted computer response on all customer service platform. Ulta please pull this product from your shelves!

Don't do it!!
20 August 2022

Do not let the aesthetic packaging entice you into buying this! I did but just save your coins!! This did absolutely nothing for my hair for the past month I used it, in fact I didn’t notice how bad it was until I used something else. Here I was blaming myself for putting highlights in my hair when in fact it was just this crappy shampoo!!! First off, you have to use a ton and it just doesn’t spread. Then, when I would get out the shower my hair was super coarse, dry and tangled (like hair when you get out of the pool) as many others stated. I read the reviews before purchasing and ignored them again (bc the aesthetic packaging) I regret the time wasted with this product I’ve never used a shampoo and conditioner so bad!!!

I really wanted to like this… The first time I used it my hair felt waxy while I was still rinsing it out. That felt off as my other products (if I’ve liked them) have never felt so rubbery in my fingers. But even after it dried, it felt dry and greasy. I’ve continued using it (btw, lots of pumps because it doesn’t spread well) to see if it got better. I hate wasting product and I can’t return it! It hasn’t gotten better. I wish I would’ve checked reviews first!!! I love my body shop hair products but I was hoping to find something I didn’t have to order. I’ll definitely be changing back to my other hair product! I can’t stand the dry looking hair, tangly feeling, and it truly looks greasy at the roots after it is dry. The following day it just looks more greasy. Visually, I think the bottle is great. The style and color is very modern, feminine and certainly looks like a high quality product. I was also very impressed with the light floral smell which wasn't overwhelming nor too perfume-y. Amazingly, my hair still smelled clean and fresh at the end of a work day which almost never happens unless I use dry shampoo. The shampoo itself is great. I have been using it for just about two weeks now on my dry hair. I love this!
17 August 2022

I love this shampoo! After a 3-5 days of life, my pencil tight curls are dry, hard, and in need of some TLC. This shampoo softens my hair, reintroduces moisture, and cleans my hair without making it feel dry and brittle. Some reviews claim it caused their hair to fall out? No ma’am. A shampoo that’s in your hair for 5-10 minutes is not causing hair loss! Let’s make sure we’re educated. You naturally release 100 strands a day. So if you’re someone who is washing your hair less frequently, you’re going to be shedding more hair due to the build up. But it’s not because of the conditioner itself. It’s just the natural hair growth process. This is a clean product. There aren’t any ingredients in here that would cause that to happen.

Leathers nicely! :(Now I'm forced to start using scalp oils, again, so i can overcome the disaster of shedding ,over the winter, and buy something else...oh well lol I hate giving negative reviews, but I feel like I have to warn those with hair; its my duty!
