Badly designed mounts, grub screws are undersized and difficult to access and tighten … with the result that the towel rail ( complete with towels) ends up on the floor quite often. Best avoided at all costs!

I have had 3 of these for 6 years. The product itself is good but the way of attaching it to the wall is horrible. I've had to reattach all of them multiple times. The supplied wall attachments give out over time and the grub screws eventually chew out the thread with each additional attaching. The would be great in a display home but don't last the distance with daily use.
I bought this today and got it installed professionally and it’s still very wobbly. Going to return and pay more for a better product.Looks nice but doesn’t do the job.
