Poor quality plastic build. Unit lasted 18 months, which is bad value for the price. Plastc thread broke. 10 year warranty means nothing because there are no serial numbers and Bunnings receipts are just as poor quality and don't last either.

Although initially we loved the look of this set, the black has cracked off the hose now and aged it very quickly. We also bought a Rose gold kitchen faucet if the Mondella brand that broke completely before being used a year. Unfortunately our installation date got pushed so by the time it was installed we were out of warranty. Mondella wouldn't reply to my emails so I felt a bit let down by the company's after care.

Brought this as a replacement for a rental property, where the shower head nozzles were breaking off, spraying water in all different directions but at you. I couldn't be bothered going through the landlord/property manager. Great pressure, and wide coverage with the flow restrictor in place. The massage function is nice, but it's not that strong. The 'waterfall' function using the wide nozzle at the top is disappointing. It ends up flowing out of the shower head as more of a stream than a waterfall effect. It's good for washing the dog though! 10 year warranty, you really cannot go wrong. Do yourself a favour and upgrade your shower experience with this.

Cheap but you get what you pay for. Our old one needed replacing so hubby thought he’d get this one because it looked good and it says it has a massage setting. He should’ve asked me, I would’ve told him go pricier the pressure will be terrible for that price.I was right, it’s barely a light raindrop feel!Absolutely useless for getting into the nooks and crannies and for rinsing conditioner out of long thick hair both of which you need the high pressure for. Don’t waste your money because you will be going back spending more to buy something better.I’d ask for a refund if we hadn’t already installed and used it!!! Will be taking it down tomorrow and putting my old one back in (amazing pressure settings) until we find a good replacement.
It's a big and heavy shower head. Too heavy for the support. It slips down and falls out easy. The install was fiddly and the small allen key screws strip easy. I ended up with a loose fitting on the top. The four shower head functions seem to work ok but it's more of a gimmick. I just leave it on the one setting.
Our old showerhead had started squirting water out the sides so time to get a new one. We selected the mondella as heard they were good, though we were a bit disappointed with this one. No bracket in the pack, so using the old bracket whish it sits in loosely. Of the 3 water functions we found only the first water spray the best, the waterfall was useless and the massage option felt more like I had just left the tap running, no real force like I was hoping for similar to the old head. Hey, for $25 I couldnt expect much better, thinking of changing to a it more pricier version
For the price, its been great. The paint on ours has come off slightly around the wand, but mechanically it's been fine, which is much more important to me.If your wand stops working, unscrew the hose on the wall and look up into the fitting. There's an anti-knocking/surge protector in there, all you need to do is push it back up slightly to reset it, ours has tripped twice in 3 years.
Installation was super easy, and everything worked well except that i didn't feel like I was getting the torrent of water in rainfall mode that I deserved. Fortunately, that was a result of a 9L per minute restrictor disc that comes pre-installed (which to my surprise limited flow to EXACTLY 9LPM as advertised) but said disc can be easily removed with long nose pliers, and replaced with an external trickle valve so you can conserve more water when you want to, and get an approximately 11.5LPM torrent when you need it.Also, the massage function has a spinning nozzle on it. Great shower head, but unfortunately some really poor quality control from Mondella. First purchase I had a significant leak from the hose, I could only guess there was a small split in the hose. Returned to Bunnings and exchanged only to come home and find that the new shower head had a rattle, obviously a loose part. Didn’t bother installing. Now need to return to Bunnings yet again. Not sure if I should risk a third. Purchased a set of Mondella taps along with this and they were missing a part in the box. Really disappointing.
Glad we took a chance to buy this. Was looking at similar showers in other plumbing stores which were more expensive. The flow of water is surprisingly amazing- we feel like we’re on holidays in a luxury resort every day! The drencher shower head feels like you’re in the rain and the handheld provides lots of pressure. Bought a second one for the kids bathroom we love it so much!
