Qualified plumbing completed installation and water poured down and in a $2000+ vanity. Poured out from the handle. So far not a great experience.
I had a new granny flat built and loved the range of Mondella tapwear.
Leaking from neck during installation testing. Worst tap ever bought. costed me extra money to get plumber to replace it. Mondella rejected my warranty claim because i didn't get them to check before i got someone to replace it. It took them a week to reply my email. God knows how long it will take them to get someone to check the leaking tap. What a joke.
Bought these taps a few months ago kitchen and 1 bathroom tap have tarnished around the handle as if they have not been plated properly so would like to get these replaced
