My daughter bought this stuff to make bubble tea.Shes not let me have any so far. She says its lovely and seems very happy. I think its looks a bit like overpriced cordial but shes made her bubble tea and says its just like the stuff they sell in the bubble tea place.... I reckon she can make quite a few drinks from this bottle. That seems like a thumbs up to me. I once made something that tasted like the same thing that gets sold somewhere else. Must be a good thing.... Unless its that new pasty shop thats closed now.

I seem to be a lone voice of dissent regarding this syrup. I love many of Monins other syrup flavours but from this I only get an overwhelming taste of sugar irrespective of how much I dilute it and very, VERY little raspberry taste. I suppose if you wanted to cut a very dry and acidic Prosecco or Champagne with it, maybe that would work well. But as a beverage with watersparkling water....no. It lacks raspberry flavour and the intense sweetness isnt balanced by something acidic. Shame, as the bottle is BIG, thus good value for money. But I had significantly better, fruitier tasting syrups from Lidl. Back to hunting for a more flavourful raspberry syrup....

I usually order 2 to have in the house at all times - add cold sparkling water for the best tasing and good for you vintage soda drink you ever had. Hello, I was watching Martha knows best on Saturday morning PBS., Martha Stewart. She told of her use of cranberries dipped in confectioners sugar with a flavored rum and champagne. That got me thinking how I could use the Monin Cranberry syrup.I put 2 pumps in each flute and poured rosé champagne directly on top.Oh my, delicious. We love all our flavours. ❤️❤️

Monin Strawberry Syrup 70cl (6 x 70cl)

Its expensive, but then again, what premium quality tackle isnt And it really is premium quality. The flavour is exquisite literally tastes of nothing but raspberries and sugar, theres no aftertaste, no nastiness on the roof of your mouth, just pure sweetened fruit. I use it to make Soda Stream drinks and, although I indulge myself with a pure Monin bottle when I 1st receive one, I make it last thereafter by using 23 Vimto and 13 Monin syrup. The flavour is strong enough to overpower the Vimto, so it just tastes a little less strong of raspberries, compared to a 100 Monin top up.

A wonderful flavor. The cranberry is tart with a nice sweetness.I use it in iced tea with a splash of lemon. It adds such dimension to the flavor profile.Delivery was fast and the bottles were very securely packed in styrofoam inside the box.Some sizes of Monin come in glass bottles; while others come in plastic bottles
