If you are obsessive about color, and being able to see more of what your camera can capture in RAW, you will love this monitor/display. I was surprised to see a little more colors in images of a rainbow than I could see before on my prior monitor. Several things: First, the non-reflective display is much more to my liking since I print my photos, but it may not be your cup of tea if you like super reflective high contrast displays like the 27 iMac or similar. Second, having three calibration slots let me set one to Adobe RGB, one to DCI-P3, and another for B&W. Third, quality so far seems quite nice (only had it a week). Finally, if you shoot and process a lot of video, you would be better served with a 4K display designed for video processing.

I bought this to use with my Windows computer when my old 5K iMac would no longer run the latest Photoshop. I had a 10-year-old ASUS ROG gaming monitor hooked up to the PC, and none of the color modes produced realistic photo color.Right out of the box, this monitor did great, except Adobe RGB was overly saturated and bright. So I bought a Calibrite (X-rite) Display Pro HL, and used that with the included Palette Master software. The calibration was easy, fast and accurate, so now my Adobe RGB mode is spot on.I only wish I had the money and space for the 27 model, as the 24 model is smaller than I had imagined. It turns out that there is a noticeable difference between 25 and 24. So I use it as part of a dual-monitor set up along with my larger gaming ... It is really easy to go between different color spaces and the three saved calibrations. It's also easy to rotate between horizontal and vertical, which I do quite a bit. The HDR mode makes HDR computer games look incredible. So if you don't have the money or need for a $1,000+ photography monitor, this is a great option. If you primarily do design work, BenQ has a separate series for that without the full Adobe RGB space.
