I drove quite a ways to get this game for my husband's birthday. It's selling for double the price online! My family loves it. Hubby and I had fun looking at the properties from the show, and our kids enjoyed their first game of Monopoly even though they're too young to watch the show. All around great purchase!

Bought this to give as a gift. It looks like a usual themed monopoly game so it’s has its benefits although the pieces are uninspired. It has 4 unique pieces along with 4 upside down versions of the same character pieces. Haven’t played the game yet but it looks like it might be interesting for a few rounds.

My kids love the concept, because they love Stranger Things and love Monopoly. But I was hoping the designers would be a bit more creative and alter the game in some way. This is just straight up monopoly with all the name changes. Nothing original. We probably own about 10 monopoly games. My kids love the ones that modify the rules a bit like Star Wars. I especially love the ones that speed up the game. This is the first time I think that we have bought one that has no rules modifications. Disappointing.

If you have someone that loves Stranger things!!! This monopoly game awesome. I love this particular monopoly of stranger things because of the images and it has the little clock you spin with it.
Was really good fun and good how has everything to do with show . Only down side didnt have any were put money and cards didnt come with the insert . We had to use a different one off a different monopoly we had but aside from that was great fun kids really enjoyed it . Would hug it recommend this to people as a family for games night .
More interesting than the original game. Played with my daughter and her friend. We decided at the begging of the game that whomever lands on a color set first can buy that property and nobody else could buy the matching color properties besides the first person who bought the first property in that color. This way the game doesn't last as long as it would if you played regularly. We got to build faster and knock out a player shortly after 2 hours of play time. We decided to quite after that, but are looking forward to playing again by the same rules.
Obviously Monopoly is a great classic board game but this version is a little lack luster, I was so excited to get it but upon opening and playing I found no banking tray, like found in other monopoly versions and whilst other versions feel very well thought through, this one feels a little thrown together with the playing pieces only being four options with the other four being reflections and darker "upside down", with the upside down camera being very difficult to see on the board.Again, Monopoly as a board game is amazing but this version, quite a let down.
Didnt come with the corrugated plastic thing to keep all the money and cards separate so I had to make my own. After reading a few reviews I was looking forward to playing with the modified gameplay. Turns out this versions gameplay is the same as regular monopoly. I think you must need the box with the T.V. on the cover to get the modified version.
There’s a reason why this game is only $26. The money is standard Monopoly money (not Stranger Things themed). Also, there is less money than a standard Monopoly game (we had to get money from another game so that all of our party could play). I feel the tokens are a bit lazy (4 tokens created twice - regular versions and “upside down” versions) and not really related to the show. A lot of missed opportunities in this game.
A great bit of fan merch this, a very well put together idea for any Stranger Things fan. The only reason I didn'g go with 5 stars is because the tokens represnting the upside down are the exact same as the other tokens just a different colour, would have been better if they were actually upside down. Just me being picky.
