This drink is pretty good! The flavor of this is supposed to be pixie sticks, which it absolutely tastes like, but with a hint of candy grape. It’s a sweet flavor that isn’t overwhelmingly sweet. it’s one of the better Ultra flavors. This one is at its best straight out of the fridge, the flavor isn’t as good once it’s been sitting out a while. It’s absolutely worth a try if you’re looking for an afternoon pick me up.

I LOVE this flavor!! I have long days at school so I've been experimenting with different Monster flavors, and happened to come by this one. Not only does it give me energy throughout the day, but it tastes EXACTLY like sparkling grape juice!!!! This flavor and the peach are my go to's every day!

Monster Ultra Violet is the perfect combination of energy boost and taste. The renewed energy kicks in fairly quickly, and because of the ingredients it seems to stick around for awhile. It's hard to believe that this is a zero calorie beverage based on taste-- and I love the taste! If you're looking for a realistic grape taste, this is not for you. This is straight grape candy. Almost identical to the grape shell of a grape Tootsie Pop. If that's your jam (excuse the pun,) I would absolutely recommend giving it a try!

Honestly these keep me going all day. The ultra line of Monster is the best. I try to limit my carbs/sugar intake for health reasons but I was not willing to give up monster. I end uo buying them in bulk now because the deal is just too good at bulk stores vs gas stations. It's the perfect way to start off my morning drive, I don't get the jitters and it is not overly chemical tasting like some other brands.

These new Monster "Ultras" are so yummy, the original monsters are all too sweet and artificial tasting. The Monster Zero Ultra was the first one I ever tried and it was one of my favorites for a long time. I used to like the Monster Assault but they did away with it so I had stopped buying their drinks for awhile. I've tried every new flavor they've released and this is one of my new favorites. It's like grape soda with a better flavor/fizziness, there's no way to explain it. I also like their packaging design on this new line, each flavor has a different design "theme" etched onto the can. They look really cool and give you that burst of energy you need, I definitely recommend you go out and try every flavor, you'll definitely find one you love.

With this being sugar free, it still taste very yummy 😋 . The ingredients list is also easy to read and understand. For me, u wanted something that was low to no sugar that would be effective. Monster always keeps the price down. So we can spend our money on getting great taste, packaging, and pricing.

gives me the kick of energy i truly need; the taste is pretty good. I’ve tried others i like a little bit more such as the Ultra Rosa The Ultra Gold. The color of purple on the can, i love it it’s so pretty and i feel like it was definitely targeted for a female audience.

Energy drinks are frightening when you’re working all the time. Just buying things in cans mixed with anything energizing feels risky to me. That’s why I liked the color purple. It gives me a sense of calm and it feels sustainable. I wish it were more sustainable. These are geared toward more fun and risky behavior. Motorbikes, motor cross stuff like that. So I wish they would market to people who are working 24/7. With that said this is a great drink for planning for something fun like good exercise, a fun outing, or even staying in to game.

Poor packaging for shipping

I have ordered 3 cases of Monsters many times before, all with great results - each case packaged correctly to minimize damage. This time 2 of the 3 cases were shoe horned into too small a box together denting multiple cans, breaking the plastic and cardboard frames. Not to mention that the box was so heavy we had trouble getting it in the house. The last case was also shoved into a box too small with the same result of the larger box - cans dented and case packaging compromised so much so that cans had to be removed individually from the box. Seems like the packaging and shipping department was in a hurry and didn’t care that the cases were too large for the boxes.

Ultra Violet was a great when shipping was free

This was a great deal when shipping was free as part of the Plus membership. Now Sam's Club is trying to pad thier bottom line by charging 25% in shipping. It was free to ship as recently as late October. Probably done buying it, despite buying a case every month or so for two years.
