Montblanc Legend by Mont Blanc, Created by nose Olivier Pescheux, Montblanc Legend was designed to invoke confidence, courage, and authenticity in the wearer. This aromatic fougere opens with top notes of lavender, pineapple leaf, verbena, and bergamot. The heart leans heavily on oakmoss with additional middle notes of red apple, geranium, coumarin, rose, and dried fruits. In 1910 it produced the Mont Blanc pen, and the new company name was born, along with a reputation for luxurious writing instruments. In time the company expanded to include leather goods and perfumes. The company opened a line of exclusive boutiques in the 1990s, where luxury products are sold.
