Nice jacket very warm but smells of wet dog and I’ve had the jacket since the 28th of December, and was told by someone from montane the smell would go, it hasn’t and I don’t think it’s right to have to wash a brand new jacket,more so a down jacket.

Fantastic jacket, weight to warmth is excellent depending on how cold or windy, I wore down to -5c without any wind in perfect comfort. The fit is fairly close so it does limit layering options, I bought this specifically for winter tent life and the pack weight and size is perfect, plus it does not have the hindrance of massive bulk when worn in the tent which would otherwise feel restrictive. Also ideal for spring/autumn colder outings.
