The main change is the update to the face fabric which is now a matt finish compared to the previous shinny finish (which is not everyone's cup of tea) making this an even more attractive jacket for anyone looking for a good warm lightweight mid-layer or a lighter outer-layer. In terms of the fit this is not the most technical fit but does allow room for a micro fleece or even just worn with a base-layer, and is adjustable at the bottom to keep the heat in.
