I can't say enough good things about Beauty Affairs. I've been a loyal customer now for about three years and can't fault their delivery - it feels like I get VIP Express Post when I just make a regular order. I (now) do a lot of online shopping across the board (clothes, shoes, beauty, etc.) and Beauty Affairs stand out from every other vendor I have shopped with throughout COVID as fast, reliable, and essentially flawless in their supply chain when even the previously-good-ones have slowly fallen victim throughout 2021 to COVID disruptions and delays. Whatever they're doing, it works! I will only shop elsewhere for beauty, cosmetics, and perfume on the odd occasion they don't stock a brand I want, but apart from that, I say: MECCA, who? Sephora, what? ^.^

MOR creates the most luxurious scents in their products and the Lychee Flower Hand & body lotion is no exception. The hand pump is a very generous size, dark plastic bottle with beautiful black and gold design with a pop of colour for the fragrance label.\nThe texture of the lotion is smooth, creamy and not too thick. The sweet Lychee berry fragrance is intoxicating and memorable (not sickly sweet at all so it's a great balance). I use this after washing hands with the matching hand wash and I alternate the body milk with this body lotion after showering. I have always loved the fast service of Beauty Affairs with free samples with my orders. Last month my shampoo bottle broke in the post and leaked everywhere. When I advised Beauty Affairs they sent a new bottle straight away free of charge. Unfortunately this order did not arrive so when I advised them of this Anna at Client Care sent me a new bottle straight away but along with this she also sent me the matching conditioner, and my favourite full cleanser to say sorry. I have not experienced such amazing customer service in a long time. I’ve always had amazing service from Beauty Affairs and will not buy my beauty products anywhere else

We have been customers of this company for a few years now and have placed many orders. Can safely claim them to be one of the best online retailers. I had a very good experience with Lorena from customer support. I was querying the cost of Youngblood mineral makeup on live chat (excellent product by the way) of which I had bought 2. The cost of the item displayed for sale appeared less than the final checkout price. It turned out the sale price was for a particular color but this was unclear on the page. Lorena looked into the discrepancy immediately and after explaining the reason, offed to give me a refund on that particular sale to compensate for the confusion. She was polite and considerate throughout. It’s good to know that such a fabulous Aussie company has such lovely staff!

I have found my holy grail! My thin, bleached, dry hair, was left feeling so hydrated, silky and shiny. Usually moisturizing shampoo and conditioners weigh my hair down but this is the first range I have found that has left my hair looking so healthy, moisturized and full of volume. My hair has never looked or felt healthier and contains no nasties or silicones. Love it, the best on the market!

It's clear that they really value their customer base which is why I'll keep coming back & recommending them to my friends & family. They’re very friendly and get back to you straight away (given it is within working hours) the pack it and send it and I honestly receive it the next morning! I have this in blood orange and candied vanilla. Candied vanilla is my ABSOLUTE favorite lotion, out of all brands and out of all scents. I love the smell which is candied almonds blended with sugar blossoms layered with vanilla and creamed caramel. It smells heavenly, I haven't been able to find another brand or scent quiet like it. The formula is nice and leaves your skin feeling super soft and not oily or sticky. The bottle is pretty large and lasts a long time so though $32 may seem like a steep price to pay for lotion, it is deff. worth it!!!

Amazing body lotion

I received this amazing body lotion as a Christmas present. This Lychee fragrance is my favourite fragrance from Mor. If it was edible I would eat it. I absolutely adore it! The large 500 millilitre bottle lasted me around eight months. I will be buying another bottle in the near future. I love a strong fragrance that lasts a long time. This lychee flower body lotion delivers that. I found I did not have to wear perfume as well as body lotion, this body lotion covered both bases. The pump action body makes it easy to dispense body lotion and rub it in when in a hurry. I am usually in a hurry!
