I can't say enough good things about Beauty Affairs. I've been a loyal customer now for about three years and can't fault their delivery - it feels like I get VIP Express Post when I just make a regular order. I (now) do a lot of online shopping across the board (clothes, shoes, beauty, etc.) and Beauty Affairs stand out from every other vendor I have shopped with throughout COVID as fast, reliable, and essentially flawless in their supply chain when even the previously-good-ones have slowly fallen victim throughout 2021 to COVID disruptions and delays. Whatever they're doing, it works! I will only shop elsewhere for beauty, cosmetics, and perfume on the odd occasion they don't stock a brand I want, but apart from that, I say: MECCA, who? Sephora, what? ^.^

I have always loved the fast service of Beauty Affairs with free samples with my orders. Last month my shampoo bottle broke in the post and leaked everywhere. When I advised Beauty Affairs they sent a new bottle straight away free of charge. Unfortunately this order did not arrive so when I advised them of this Anna at Client Care sent me a new bottle straight away but along with this she also sent me the matching conditioner, and my favourite full cleanser to say sorry. I have not experienced such amazing customer service in a long time. I’ve always had amazing service from Beauty Affairs and will not buy my beauty products anywhere else

I was hooked on the MOR Marshmallow fragrance when I first came across it years ago, but until recently had only used the perfume. I'm now also a big fan of the Hand & Body Milk after impulse buying during an online shopping spree. I don't normally purchase body lotion/milk or hand creams without having tried them first as I'm a bit fussy about texture, however in this case the gamble paid off. The texture is lovely & light & quickly absorbed, yet provides hydration for the whole day. It's non-greasy, the fragrance is lovely (it's quite strong, which I like, but may be a little much for some) & my skin feels silky smooth & looks great. It's affordable & it works - I'd absolutely recommend it.

I had a very good experience with Lorena from customer support. I was querying the cost of Youngblood mineral makeup on live chat (excellent product by the way) of which I had bought 2. The cost of the item displayed for sale appeared less than the final checkout price. It turned out the sale price was for a particular color but this was unclear on the page. Lorena looked into the discrepancy immediately and after explaining the reason, offed to give me a refund on that particular sale to compensate for the confusion. She was polite and considerate throughout. It’s good to know that such a fabulous Aussie company has such lovely staff!

But really I wanted to come here and give thanks and my 5 stars to Beauty Affairs! In this current climate (covid) it’s been tough.... I’m a mum of three with a small baby and a child with special needs who as anyone in NSW would know r home doing school.... shops aren’t open anyway and I have been in real need of a “glow up” Beauty Affairs helped me! How? First off, they have great customer service! They’re very friendly and get back to you straight away (given it is within working hours) the pack it and send it and I honestly receive it the next morning! To me those are two of the most important things! I can’t go out I don’t have time to do anything... I appreciate anyone who can get me my stuff quick and who actually get back to you! I just have to take a moment to give a shout-out to the team over Beauty Affairs and this awesome little (perhaps not so little :)) company. EVERY time I place an order, it's always perfect. Great deals and prices, great communication, super-fast delivery, great range of GENUINE products. I can't even tell you what their customer service is like because I've never had need of it before! I can’t describe how good this scent is. If you’ve ever eaten pink musk sticks then take the scent of those and add a subtle rose scent and you’ve got it! This is definitely my new scent. I’m making it my own. I just need to stock up on 20 bottles and hope they never stop selling it. Honestly even if it did nothing for my skin I’d still use it for scent alone but the fact that it left my skin feeling soft was a BIG bonus!

Great Gift Idea

This was bought for me as a birthday gift. I love love love the scent and it feels silky on the skin. Absorbs in quickly and does not feel greasy. The scent lingers on all day. Great buy great gift.

I love the mor marshmallow range and have heaps of products from the range simply because I love the fragrance so much, it smells like marshmallows and cotton candy. I was intrigued to try the hand and body milk and thought it might be milky and hard to absorb but wanted to see for myself. I was wrong, it’s smooth and silky and absorbs into my skin really fast. This leaves my skin so soft and feeling lovely and nourished, it contains Shea butter which hydrates and smooths my skin and it doesn’t leave any nasty greasy feeling residue. I love the pretty pink bottle with signature gold mor decorations and gold top with black pump very classy. The pump is handy and means no mess and my skin smells amazing after using this, although the fragrance is not overpowering. I have had the hand cream, perfume & soap before, & the marshmallow hand cream is my number 1 favorite hand cream of all time so when I saw the 500ml hand & body lotion on offer on beauty expert I had to buy! Just opened it this morning & smoothed some on my arm - it is just lush!!! beautiful non greasy dewy texture that sinks in easily but leaves skin so soft & of course beauitifully fragranced with the marshmallow scent. The scent is lovely & strong in this body lotion which I love, not just a "whisper" like some perfumed lotions can be. I would describe this scent as romantic, sweet, slightly powdery, comforting & an old fashioned(in a good way) perfume.
