I can't say enough good things about Beauty Affairs. I've been a loyal customer now for about three years and can't fault their delivery - it feels like I get VIP Express Post when I just make a regular order. I (now) do a lot of online shopping across the board (clothes, shoes, beauty, etc.) and Beauty Affairs stand out from every other vendor I have shopped with throughout COVID as fast, reliable, and essentially flawless in their supply chain when even the previously-good-ones have slowly fallen victim throughout 2021 to COVID disruptions and delays. Whatever they're doing, it works! I will only shop elsewhere for beauty, cosmetics, and perfume on the odd occasion they don't stock a brand I want, but apart from that, I say: MECCA, who? Sephora, what? ^.^

I have always loved the fast service of Beauty Affairs with free samples with my orders. Last month my shampoo bottle broke in the post and leaked everywhere. When I advised Beauty Affairs they sent a new bottle straight away free of charge. Unfortunately this order did not arrive so when I advised them of this Anna at Client Care sent me a new bottle straight away but along with this she also sent me the matching conditioner, and my favourite full cleanser to say sorry. I have not experienced such amazing customer service in a long time. I’ve always had amazing service from Beauty Affairs and will not buy my beauty products anywhere else

As an oil, it goes on easily - especially with the roll-on applicator - doesn't run but goes on smoothly and really nourishes the skin. With lots of different oils, it isn't drying, like some alcohol-based fragrances can be. It also doesn't evaporate, so a small amount is good value. I purchased around $200+ of skincare and was completely devastated when it happened, as I didn't think I would be able to get it resent or refunded because it wasn't Beauty Affair’s fault. I contacted them and to my surprise, they immediately offered to resend or refund my purchase, not only that but they included a gift! I have never had such exceptional customer service from any other company in my whole life! I had a very good experience with Lorena from customer support. I was querying the cost of Youngblood mineral makeup on live chat (excellent product by the way) of which I had bought 2. The cost of the item displayed for sale appeared less than the final checkout price. It turned out the sale price was for a particular color but this was unclear on the page. Lorena looked into the discrepancy immediately and after explaining the reason, offed to give me a refund on that particular sale to compensate for the confusion. She was polite and considerate throughout. It’s good to know that such a fabulous Aussie company has such lovely staff!

I adore this mor perfume oil and also have it in bella donna which was a gift from my sister, this scent was also a gift as my family knows I love more and my all time favourite is this marshmallow scent. This product is divine, it smells of musk lollies, marshmallows and cotton candy, sweet without being sickly, its feminine and pretty, it is also prettily packaged and at a great price point so makes the perfect gift. Being an oil this is great for sensitive skin as it wont irritate, especially in the heat. The addition of oil means it hydrating and nourishing. It feels lovely to wear, not sticky at all and the scent lasts for ages. The fragrance itself is so sweet and light, perfect for summer and the addition of rosehip oil rejuvenates skin. I recently got this in a set, with a bar of soap and hand cream, for my youngest daughter's birthday. It was a blind buy and I hoped she would like the fragrance with the name "marshmallow". I was thrilled that she likes it, and as soon as I smelled it, I wanted to buy my own!It smells incredible; one of the best fragrances I've smelled in a while. I thought it would just smell like marshmallows but it's much better. Not overly sweet (which I can't stand) and has some floral and musky notes to it. I find it hard to describe fragrances, so I'll just say this: I want to get everything in this scent; candles, bath and body products, just anything they have. It's truly divine.
