I can't say enough good things about Beauty Affairs. I've been a loyal customer now for about three years and can't fault their delivery - it feels like I get VIP Express Post when I just make a regular order. I (now) do a lot of online shopping across the board (clothes, shoes, beauty, etc.) and Beauty Affairs stand out from every other vendor I have shopped with throughout COVID as fast, reliable, and essentially flawless in their supply chain when even the previously-good-ones have slowly fallen victim throughout 2021 to COVID disruptions and delays. Whatever they're doing, it works! I will only shop elsewhere for beauty, cosmetics, and perfume on the odd occasion they don't stock a brand I want, but apart from that, I say: MECCA, who? Sephora, what? ^.^

I chose to buy the MOR Marshmallow Triple-Milled Soap as this is one of my favourite scents in the MOR range. It is definitely the largest soap bar I've ever used but I tend to rub it over my loofah so the size isn't an issue for me. I really love that the bar is enriched with shea butter, vitamin E and glycerin to cleanse and nourish the skin. During use it left my skin feeling refreshed but not as hydrated as I'd like but it may be due to the season. My skin tends to need a little extra hydration in Winter. It is scented with vanilla musk, jasmine flower, sugar dipped rose petals, white carnation and cotton candy all of which leave a subtle sweet kiss on the skin. I have always loved the fast service of Beauty Affairs with free samples with my orders. Last month my shampoo bottle broke in the post and leaked everywhere. When I advised Beauty Affairs they sent a new bottle straight away free of charge. Unfortunately this order did not arrive so when I advised them of this Anna at Client Care sent me a new bottle straight away but along with this she also sent me the matching conditioner, and my favourite full cleanser to say sorry. I have not experienced such amazing customer service in a long time. I’ve always had amazing service from Beauty Affairs and will not buy my beauty products anywhere else

I've been increasingly using Beauty Affairs over some of the other e-commerce websites like Look fantastic and Strawberry net. Not only are they comparable on price their customer service blows the others out of the water. As soon as you have an issue that requires customer service to be, involved you notice the huge difference. Beauty Affairs went to lengths to resolve an issue where I purchased the incorrect skincare product while on offer. The process of exchanging it, even though the product wasn't on offer anymore, was very easy and definitely far better than my experience with other sites.

I purchased around $200+ of skincare and was completely devastated when it happened, as I didn't think I would be able to get it resent or refunded because it wasn't Beauty Affair’s fault. I contacted them and to my surprise, they immediately offered to resend or refund my purchase, not only that but they included a gift! I have never had such exceptional customer service from any other company in my whole life! I had a very good experience with Lorena from customer support. I was querying the cost of Youngblood mineral makeup on live chat (excellent product by the way) of which I had bought 2. The cost of the item displayed for sale appeared less than the final checkout price. It turned out the sale price was for a particular color but this was unclear on the page. Lorena looked into the discrepancy immediately and after explaining the reason, offed to give me a refund on that particular sale to compensate for the confusion. She was polite and considerate throughout. It’s good to know that such a fabulous Aussie company has such lovely staff!

But really I wanted to come here and give thanks and my 5 stars to Beauty Affairs! In this current climate (covid) it’s been tough.... I’m a mum of three with a small baby and a child with special needs who as anyone in NSW would know r home doing school.... shops aren’t open anyway and I have been in real need of a “glow up” Beauty Affairs helped me! My beautiful nana gave me this soap as a gift and I absolutely love it. Mor marshmallow products are among my favourite things so this soap is rather special. This makes a wonderful gift as it is packaged so pretty and feminine, even the soap itself seems too pretty to use. This is a gorgeous luxurious soap, such a treat, the scent of it is divine, like cotton candy, vanilla, marshmallow, sugar, and musk, and being triple milled the scent is strong and lasts on the skin for ages. Enriched with shea butter and vitamin E it nourishes and moisturises skin leaving it super soft after cleansing. This soap lathers well and lasts for ages. I love this, it makes a lovely gift and I highly recommend it.

I have been buying this particular soap as gifts (eg xmas), along with the Hand Lotion for a couple of years now. I have not had a negative thank you/comment on these items as they are very beautiful and each recepient has loved them. Perfect xmas gifts.

I love the MOR brand & marshmallow is my favorite scent from MOR. Thanks to beauty expert, I now own the hand & body lotion & a reed diffuser which I can't wait to open & put on my bedside table when my current diffuser evaporates. I have had the soap before & when I saw it on offer on beauty expert , I decided to treat myself. The soap gives a lovely creamy & softening lather- not drying on skin at all like some soaps can be, & lasts forever, so whilst it may seem expensive to some, it's not really as it lasts approx 6 times longer than your average high street soaps. The marshamallow scent I would describe as feminine, sweet,slightly powdery , comforting & old fashioned (in a good way) - not like some of today's scents that often smell similar to one another.
