On August 12th 2024 I order $510.47 worth of products from this company. It is currently August 28th and I neither have 1) products because they never made it to me nor 2.) do I have a refund despite that the company has insurance with FedEx that they will get a full refund if products don’t reach their destinations as intended. I have no idea where these products were delivered. We checked the cameras in my package room and there was no one in there on the time stamp from the delivery notice.This was relayed to MoroccanoilDespite being a loyal customer for a decade and spending THOUSANDS of dollars over years on their products , which they can see in their system. My hair badly needed a reboot, and this mask gave it that + so much more! It feels soft, looks sleek, styles so easily and looks like "new" hair, not damaged and lifeless strands from a lifetime of bad products and heat exposure. There's quite a lot of product in there, next time I'd halve it to get x2 uses out of it. It's thick like butter but doesn't weigh my hair down or make it feel greasy. It doesn't leave a weird residue and also not oily. I have a fickle scalp and use TSal for dandruff however this hasn't irritated my scalp, made it itchy or feel tight. Ive tried dozens of conditioners, high end and drug store brand and nothing makes my hair feel as silky as this treatment does. I'll usually do it 2-3 a week. Slather my hair and scalp in it and let it sit while I shave my legs or do a face mask. It definitely has a pleasant smell to it when you use it but not a chemical one. (I would also recommend their hair oil - a little goes a loooooong way. It's heavier then the drugstore brands, but doesn't just coat your hair in silicone to make it feel soft, it actually penetrates the hair folicle. Also, Their hairspray in general is amazing, it doesn't leave a hard or crunchy feeling and also you don't get those white flakes or stiff ends. At the end of the day you can brush your hair and it feels like nothing was in it; yet it still has hold during the day. It doesn't make your hair look greasy or stiff - pomps and curls sit perfectly. It is magic however I personally had problems with forehead breakouts even if I shielded my face while spraying due to the oil, so beware if you have sensitive skin.)

I smelled some faint burning smell. after a while, my hair fell out more than usual, and finally, today may 26 2024 8:30pm. I noticed my hair smoking, and the back of my scalp was burning.
