I love this shower gel. First of all, this product has such beautiful packaging, I literally want to keep it on my vanity. Let's talk about the gel. It has a very heavy but beautiful scent. I love it and it doesn't bother me. It smells classy, clean and beautiful. It cleans adequately. Doesn't dry the skin out at all. It washes off easily . No residue left behind. I have a sensitive skin and usually shower gels cause irritation on my skin but this one I had no issue with at all. The scent is long lasting. I am usually not a big fan of the fragrance originale but it works as a body wash. The scent is very subtle and makes my shower smell like a spa. A small amount of the gel on a moist loofah and a little bit of scrunching is all that’s needed to transform the gel into a luxurious, super soft foam. The gel cleanses without feeling harsh on the skin which makes it a great choice for anyone with dry or even sensitive skin. My skin is left feeling soft and hydrated and I can even skip heavy body butters and use a light body lotion instead. For being a name brand product, the price is surprisingly low and it comes with a generous amount of product which will last a while.

Amazing smell - quite different. Kind of a sophisticated pineapple and a faint coconut and - - leather? Not the air freshener tropical I was dreading this might be. It is complex and to me, chic. Lathers like no ones business, cleaned well, didn't leave my skin dry in the middle of the cold, dry weather we're having, and the fragrance lingered just a long enough. It is making me want to take showers when I don't really need to yet - kind of like that first cup of coffee calls to you to get out of bed when you could have stayed under the blankets a bit longer. I also got the original scent and although I haven't used it, a quick sniff of the opened bottle tells me they didn't go wrong formulating it - it truly smell like the Moroccanoil original hair products. I compared the ingredients lists and they’re the exact same minus a few minor ingredients towards the end of the lists, I’m guessing this tiny difference is due to the slightly different consistencies, the shower gel is a LITTLE bit thicker, not by much. They smell the exact same. They’re basically the same thing but the hand wash is cheaper for the quantity. I’m sure you could use the hand wash as a shower gel if you’re on a budget, you’re getting 110ml more product for the same price + the pump is way more efficient than the thick rectangular shower gel bottle. Manly scent

I’m not familiar with the Moroccan oil scent but I got the original scent just to try. It smells like a man’s typical body wash scent. Somebody below me said men’s shaving cream which I can also see. Smells incredible! Must have

I really love this Moroccanoil Shower Gel. It smells amazing! I only need a small amount of this gel and it cleans well and hydrates at the same time. It has helped with my dry skin. I get moisturized without a heavy residue and absorbs right into the skin and afterwards it feels amazing and soft. In the wintertime and Fall I always have dry itchy skin, and this is perfect for that. Even the packaging is beautiful. I have the Moroccanoil Hand Soap also and my guest love using it. So pretty for everyone to see so I leave it out. I am going to get another when I get halfway through this one.

Super Nourishing, OG Scented Body Wash

If you like the classic Moroccan Oil fragrance, then you’ll love this body wash! The scent is exactly like the other MO products. The bottle is sleek + modern. It’s also incredibly practical. I love the flip top, container shape, feel, and ease of use. It’s pretty, too. The wash is a nice, thick gel that turns to a creamy lather that does a great job of cleaning and nourishing my body. I love to take hot showers, which can be drying, so this is the perfect body wash for me as it’s hydrating. Highly recommended this one. Grab one for yourself and one as a gift.

The Perfect Luxe Holiday Gift

First off I have to say that this packaging is absolutely stunning! There's something about the rectangular shape, color of the product and clear bottle that makes it look super luxe. I look forward to using this in the shower because it totally elevates my showers and makes me feel like I'm at a high end spa. The argan oil in the formula really soothes my skin, especially in the drier, colder months. It's easy to use in the shower as well because of the cap design, so I don't have to struggle squeezing it out onto my loofah. As for scent, it's very lightly fragranced in a classy way. This would make a really nice holiday gift for a beauty lover in your life.

Very Shower Worthy

It's body wash that smells nice. The scent is nice and fragrant while Im in the shower which makes it an enjoyable experience, develops a good lather. My only issue is towards the end of the product in the hard plastic container, it becomes difficult to squeeze out the last bit of cleanser. Kind of annoying, really. Skin feels clean and soft. No irritation or rashes. If you don't feel exfoliation, it's because it doesn't claim to exfoliate. It's as hydrated as any other body wash but I'm sure most of us know to use lotion or body oil afterwards. Worth the $20.
