For certain hair types, usually fine hair, silicones when used long-term can eventually seal the cuticles and prevent moisture from entering. That can end up in the hair drying out from within. So maybe the Argan oil in this will help? Unfortunately not. There's nowhere near enough of it in here to make any difference (3rd ingredient down AFTER silicones).
