So excited when I received my set ( stem mount + case for IPhone 11 pro ) the product itself has an impeccable finish and feels good. No cheap plastic, no surface defects. Then the practical part plus the correspondence with the representative....The case has a big flaw and that is the rubber compound, way to hard for the phone, the fitting and removing will one day bend the phone... I know it’s to extreme to happen but it’s just uncomfortable to use. That fitting video I received after reporting this only covers them as a brand not to get proper complaints but not us as physical customers. Second is the huuuge feedback I received from the Facebook Motorcycle community with personal reviews and videos as proof, the shock that the phone will be exposed will damage ... MoreSo excited when I received my set ( stem mount + case for IPhone 11 pro ) the product itself has an impeccable finish and feels good. Second is the huuuge feedback I received from the Facebook Motorcycle community with personal reviews and videos as proof, the shock that the phone will be exposed will damage the phone camera. The stabilisation will be affected and the image will jump around. This concern again was discussed and the response was that they know about this but only “1%“ experience this and they will not cover this damage. I don’t know how this 1% exist because on my online review and presentation the comments where 10 negative then 2 good. That is way more than 1% and that was the biggest disappointment... the fault is recognised with the case with the mount as a shock proof with everything but no responsibility for it just taking out new products first ( wireless charging etc ) and then planing of improvements... was told all this will be fixed in the next month when receiving the new test versions, probably the finish product will come out in a year or more after test and till then the sales goes on with this faulty product in my opinion. The good part it that most of the people know about it, but some are still buying and damaging the phones in 1-2 months depending of the shock exposure. Hope this will push them as a brand to improve because the design is brilliant but rushed finish or not controlled. The Ideas of improvement was sent to the Facebook admin and hopefully added to the folder so will not write them here but the important stuff is this... brilliant product, could be better, not confident it will not damage my phone.

The packaging was overdone in a look at us, we can make boxes as pretty as Apple, but unfortunately not a convenient or intuitive. A waste of time, talent and effort. The included instructions and links were not useful, sure they were provided in a gazillion languages, but again I wasn’t impressed because they said very little useful. I has to resort to figuring out what the designers intented or looking at other users videos on YouTube. The products appear useful enough but I wasn’t impressed. It seems more effort was spent on appearances, of a freakin phone mount, then on the function and durability.I got the direct wire waterproof mag charger and I wish I hadn’t. Inadequate information about the installation was provided prior to or after the sale, although I asked. I’m not at all happy with the installation even now.Unless yours is a “plug and play” installation I wouldn’t recommend the quadlock phone mount kit.

I purchased the Quadlock motorcycle handlebar mount thinking the vibration dampener was not needed. I mean why would any honest company sell something separate that prevents your phone from breaking? After receiving the mount I researched and read many unfortunate accounts of smartphone cameras damaged while riding. Nervous of ruining my phone I payed for shipping again and bought the vibration dampener.Quadlock states on their webpage “even if your bike is not listed, Quad Lock recommends the use of our Vibration Dampener for additional confidence.”It is wild to me that they recommend it with every mount purchase but make it a separate expense for the consumer. I understand it should be sold separately for those that already purchased a mount. It makes me feel like that try to make it appear as if the dampener isn’t needed even when they recommend it for every moto application.

I am absolutely obsessed with this thing. I live in a gated community so having to take my phone out of my pocket, take 10 minutes to find neutral (lol) and then unlock it was such an inconvenience. Ever since I’ve had the motorcycle accessory it’s made my bike rides so much more fun and convenient. If you’re thinking about getting one do it. I don’t regret it at all. Wouldn’t change anything about it either.I did get the dampener too. Since I have a Harley and they’re known to constantly shake. Haven’t had any issues with my phone!
I was on the fence about buying one; I was thinking of going cheaper, but I decided my phone was too important and pulled the trigger. I've only had it a few weeks but so far it lives up to its billing of high quality and dependability. My other reservation was changing my phone case but I love the phone case it comes with; feels great and high quality, so I'm happy there as well. Overall couldn't be more pleased.
I purchased several mounts. Suction cup mount with a charger which falls off most of the time, adhesive mount with a charger that comes off when you hit a severe enough bump, and a bicycle mount which is decent and holds the phone in place. I also purchased a blue ring that goes on my I phone case that comes off in my pocket and a rain guard for the I phone which is great for protection from rain but makes it extremely hard to use due to the thickness of the case. It is not sensitive at all. Overall, I have spent probably $250 on cell phone mounts that aren’t that great.
I used this product for the first time on my motorbike to travel for 30 minutes, going no faster than 60mph.This broke my phone camera. The product does nothing to prevent any level of vibration or shock to your device. Now I’m a phone down and hesitant to use this product again after paying full price for it. I had it fixed to my handle bar, with everything fully attached as per the instructions.
The Quad lock mount and phone case are excellent.I had some difficulty in fitting the handle bar mount to my bike (Kawasaki Z900RS) as the handle bar tube differs in diameter over its length. The final (only) mounting position, slightly obscures the speedo display, but not too muchThe only negative comment I have is on the iPhone 7 Plus weather cover. It is not clear plastic, but slightly opaque. This makes it difficult to read the phone display in sunlight (with sun visor)It also did not total prevent water ingress during heavy rain.Overall I am pleased with my purchase of the quad lock, but would like the rain cover to be more effective.
I have been looking far a mount for my cell phone for years. My motorcycle had one type that worked ok but had issues, although I never lost my phone. My trucks are a Large FORD F-350 for work and a smaller RAPTOR for getting around and my cell phone always went along for the ride, but usually on the passenger floor board. I man did I buy a lot of charger cords. So I found the Quad Lock and watched a few videos on it, have to admit I was a little skeptical, bu ti bought the motor cycle mount for my Triumph Bobber and saw the windscreen mount that offered the charger. I bought them all. The motorcycle mount is incredible on it's own and functions as I thought it, but better. It put my phone in the perfect position to read next to my speedometer, use the knuckle it really helps, and even over bumps and rain it stays put. Really impressed! Well done!! That is really not why I am writing, the wind screen bracket and charger for my Apple XR in my trucks is absolutely amazing. Doesn't matter if I am pulling a trailer with a heavy load down a bumpy construction site or running my RAPTOR off road at 100 MPH over all types of terra firma that bracket just holds on for dear life and never comes off. The biggest reward is I don't have to chase my phone down or replace screen covers anymore. This is a win-win and I figure it will pay for it's self in no time. Thanks QUAD-LOCK from one Really happy client,Matt
Doesn’t quite fit our bikes without the viewing angle being “off.” If mounted all the way up to the clutch grip it’s close, but mounting there forces you to take your eyes off the road to view the gps on your phone. I much prefer it to be in my line of road sight for safety. The kit as is lacks the swivel ability of other phone mounts that allow for anywhere placement. I ordered 2 handlebar Moto mount bases in enough time for an upcoming road trip, but will now need to switch to a ram mount ball base, I also found an additional knuckle buried on the website and ordered that as well to try to fix the angle issue with the handlebar mount. The bikes in question are a Yamaha Royal Star, Indian scout, and out of curiosity it kinda fits semi usable on my Ducati Scrambler, ... MoreDoesn’t quite fit our bikes without the viewing angle being “off.” If mounted all the way up to the clutch grip it’s close, but mounting there forces you to take your eyes off the road to view the gps on your phone. Either way, the new mounts won’t be here in time, so bummer. One additional knuckle (individually priced at $10) should be included in each handlebar kit in my opinion. If that even fixes the viewing angle issue. The cases are nice, that coming from someone that doesn’t usually use a case. The system is otherwise very sturdy.
