There are not as many things that I put on my bike as this QuadLock holder that I am so satisfied with.It holds my phone really firmly - "It isn't going anywhere" as most men would say. I can't feel any loose movements, nothing feels like it could work it's way to detachment.Having this, it's still very easy to put your phone on the holder and release it. For the first few days you have to get used to it, to feel the angle your phone needs to go on the holder, but then it's really simple movement. Detaching is incredibly simple from the first try - just push that blue thingy and rotate your phone. Couldn't be simpler, yet firmer way to attach phone to the motorcycle (guess other means of transport too :P )Also that arm that comes with motorcycle handlebar kit is ... MoreThere are not as many things that I put on my bike as this QuadLock holder that I am so satisfied with.It holds my phone really firmly - "It isn't going anywhere" as most men would say. Xiaomi is very popular in Europe, so would be great way to convince more people to it.So to sum up: buying QuadLock was great decision, I really love the way it stays together and holds my phone, and simplicity of operation. It ain't cheam, but it is worth every penny. Totally would do that again.

So excited when I received my set ( stem mount + case for IPhone 11 pro ) the product itself has an impeccable finish and feels good. No cheap plastic, no surface defects. Then the practical part plus the correspondence with the representative....The case has a big flaw and that is the rubber compound, way to hard for the phone, the fitting and removing will one day bend the phone... I know it’s to extreme to happen but it’s just uncomfortable to use. That fitting video I received after reporting this only covers them as a brand not to get proper complaints but not us as physical customers. Second is the huuuge feedback I received from the Facebook Motorcycle community with personal reviews and videos as proof, the shock that the phone will be exposed will damage ... MoreSo excited when I received my set ( stem mount + case for IPhone 11 pro ) the product itself has an impeccable finish and feels good. The stabilisation will be affected and the image will jump around. This concern again was discussed and the response was that they know about this but only “1%“ experience this and they will not cover this damage. I don’t know how this 1% exist because on my online review and presentation the comments where 10 negative then 2 good. That is way more than 1% and that was the biggest disappointment... the fault is recognised with the case with the mount as a shock proof with everything but no responsibility for it just taking out new products first ( wireless charging etc ) and then planing of improvements... was told all this will be fixed in the next month when receiving the new test versions, probably the finish product will come out in a year or more after test and till then the sales goes on with this faulty product in my opinion. The good part it that most of the people know about it, but some are still buying and damaging the phones in 1-2 months depending of the shock exposure. Hope this will push them as a brand to improve because the design is brilliant but rushed finish or not controlled. The Ideas of improvement was sent to the Facebook admin and hopefully added to the folder so will not write them here but the important stuff is this... brilliant product, could be better, not confident it will not damage my phone.

Overall I’m happy with the mount and it works as expected. Installation was easy although it’s fiddly to mount the phone to the Quad Lock itself. Maybe it’s me and it will get easier in time. I am particularly disappointed with the case design though. Seems like it offers good protection, although the rubber feel is slippery, the front edging interferes with my ESR screen protector and the button feel/clickiness is very poor. I believe that cut outs along the rubber button edges may help with the button feel, but it is not a good case to use all the time. I use my far superior ESR case and swap for the Quad Lock case when I go out on the bike. This is something I didn’t want to have to do. I have a Suzuki GSX 650 F, and as it is quite vibrating thing in the higher rpm’s, I have already broken one iPhone with rigid holder. This vibration damper seems to be very nice and the phone has been fully functioning after a few hundred km’s.Pieces fit to eachother nicely, and protective mag case is of good quality, and locking mechanism is sturdy. The only minus side is that my iPhone’s QI charging does not work with this case, and I have a couple of useless wireless chargers now. I wish the product description had emphasized that thing.Overall, I would buy this again, but perhaps with RAM mount ball connector for more delicate positioning.
I would have given this product a 5tar review because of their customer services ref. Jordan (who is exceptional at his manner and approach to assist) and the product once installed with the correct SAE connector and Optimate charger unit (which I had to buy separately costing around £20 approximately from Amazon). The new wirelsss charger doesn’t work off most USBs but yet there is no direct power connection included in the new version despite this being included in the first model. This is due to the min power requirement of over (not equal to or less than) 5volts output. The new product is much better than the first version as they now have a protection housing for the cable insert in the head. Come on Quadlock, I just spent £150 for a charger with you. I am using motorcycle mount with wireless charging for about 2-3 weeks now. It’s so much better from any other mount like X Ram or smaller manufacturers’ I used to use.First of all, it’s super convenient and attaching phone is much easier and quicker. It is not so easy as shown in videos, and you will find it nearly impossible to do it one-handed with wireless charger - but it still takes like 1-2 seconds.Wireless charger is absolutely best accessory you can get, it’s so awesome to forget about messing around with the cable. Charging is a lot slower than cable or any other wireless charger though. It’s more like „preserving battery” rather than „charging”.Positioning of the phone is also pretty easy, but once your mount is placed on the bar - you cannot adjust ... MoreI am using motorcycle mount with wireless charging for about 2-3 weeks now. It looks good for daily basis use as well.Overall, I love this product, but advertisements are a little bit different than reality.
So far, so good.I have had the iphone in its protective case on the bike for 2 weeks. The anti-vibration appears to be working well. First time I saw it wobbling it did worry me, but this is normal and the fit is tight and so it wont fall off.Certainly recommend using the anti vibration adapter to help protect phone camera. The protective case is super in keeping the iphone dirt and wet free, even the camera face. Though if you need to talk to someone, it can be a little timley to keep remove it, as the reciever can not hear your voice. Not really a problem though.
The Quad lock mount and phone case are excellent.I had some difficulty in fitting the handle bar mount to my bike (Kawasaki Z900RS) as the handle bar tube differs in diameter over its length. The final (only) mounting position, slightly obscures the speedo display, but not too muchThe only negative comment I have is on the iPhone 7 Plus weather cover. It is not clear plastic, but slightly opaque. This makes it difficult to read the phone display in sunlight (with sun visor)It also did not total prevent water ingress during heavy rain.Overall I am pleased with my purchase of the quad lock, but would like the rain cover to be more effective.
Let me start by saying that I generally really like quad locks approach to mounting phone, in general its really clean and easily adjustable mount. But! I would love so much if it worked fine sadly it does not really. After I put phone on my motorcycle I noticed that phone moves left right quite a lot I expected that it needs a little bit of wiggle room but this was quite big movement left and right and basically after I drove my bike for couple of times it seems that it just increased. I took a video of this and sent to quad lock and I can say they have great user support they answered quickly agreed that it really is not the way it should function and they sent me replacement head of mount (That has rubber ring embedded and its different then the one I got) I got ... MoreLet me start by saying that I generally really like quad locks approach to mounting phone, in general its really clean and easily adjustable mount. But! I took a video of this and sent to quad lock and I can say they have great user support they answered quickly agreed that it really is not the way it should function and they sent me replacement head of mount (That has rubber ring embedded and its different then the one I got) I got 2x head parts and one phone case from quad lock since we could not determine what was the cause even when I sent bunch of pictures with video. After new parts arrived and once I replaced them the mount held up for maybe few weeks and then again same movement started to happen more and more and now its so much loose (More then it was on the video I sent first time that they said it need replacing) that I'm worried that my phone will just fall off my motorbike I contacted user support again. Anyway with now too much clearance phone is vibrating on higher RPM and I fear it will just slowly eat away trough plastic. Basically not really usable at this point again.I don't drive my motorcycle like madman, my motorcycle does not have extraordinary vibrations or anything and also I am careful when putting phone on and removing it from mount. I repeat that I really like how it looks and feels but its just not really functioning correctly for the second time now and its pretty frustrating.I can say so far that I can recommend everything else about quad lock apart from their product.Dejan.
Phone Case:+ Solid and well made.+ Functional charging via magsafe+ Functional and safe connection to holders- Thin and pretty phone looks like a brickBrake reservoir mount:+ In principle, an excellent idea+ looks good- Non-functional or very poorly functional mounting threads, complained of.- The second piece received as part of the claim has the same problems.- Serial defect, I do not recommend.Anti-vibration pad:+ It probably dampens some vibrations- It does not dampen all vibrations and does not work as shown in the presentation video.- It doesn't look nice
