While the phone is crisp in appearance & refresh rate is good. The thing everyone uses with a mobile phone (other than calls/txts) is the camera! And it is a major let down. Extremely grainy when zooming and not clear at all. Please don't take my word for it but test it out in store before even thinking of purchasing. I unfortunately read up reviews and found them to be positive and no demo was available at the time before purchasing.

This phone feels good in the hand. Not too big, rounded edges a little like the iphone. Excellent refresh rate, good photos and the Motorola personalisation is impressive. I can't fault it. I am prefer Android and this delivers.

Phone is good, bought it on sale to replace my Samsung s10e. The edge 30 is good with everything but I'm disappointed with the camera. They talked it up in the overview and specs but it does not delivery. If you want a good camera don't get this phone, otherwise everything else I'm happy with.

Bought at half price would never pay full price. Good specs are let down by camera. Slow to focus and photos are shaken. If camera is important look elsewhere. Given 3 stars only because of the price I paid
Easy to use with a nice camera and fairly fast processor, finger print scanner can be slow to respond even to the point of having to press your finger 2/3 times to log in.Overall I give it a solid B rating
Mid range phones in this price bracket have gotten much better and it's so competitive now. Purchased the Moto Edge 30 when it was on sale so my thoughts may be a little bias. Battery life is great, at least 7 hours screen time with great standby time and screen set to auto refresh rate so will certainly hit the 144hz for a great smooth experience, even supports fast charging so can charge 0-100% in about 45 minutes. Camera is great when given enough light though white balance isn't as accurate as Pixel for example. Stereo speakers sound decent especially for watching movies on the large display which is also very nice and bright. No issues with fingerprint scanner, though like many phones just be aware that putting a screen protector on can affect this. Playing games has been lag free even playing Asphalt 9 is smooth, interestingly smoother than my Galaxy S22. Having a plastic build is actually a bonus as the phone is light.
My phone literally died after 4 months. Now it’s away for repair and waiting isn’t nice as I was using it for work. It’s very light and good refresh rate but it’s not reliable.
Phone is slim and light, nice display, nice camera, charging was fast. The build feel a bit fragile actually, but putting silicone case that come inside the box might be enough to protect it.
Ridiculously good phone. I am normally a power user, but saw great reviews of this phone. It drew me in with it's 144hz refresh rate (something not even yet on the iphone 14) and the rest was history. Been using it for a year now and it is nothing short of remarkable. Camera is nice, battery is ridiculous, charging speed is ridiculous, it's light, it's got a nice screen size and the screen quality is incredible. Absolute bargain at this price I guarantee you won't be dissapointed!
wanting to make a quick phone call BUT... the phone keypad icon too small and despite numerous attempts still would not appear!! Don't risk your life with this phone! Worst I have ever had in my life ie 62yrs. I will return it as it 'not fit for purpose'.
