I was told to use this for 5 days prior to a colonoscopy and I have to say this product sucks. Firstly, it tastes absolutely god awful. I recommend mixing it with Apple juice and chasing it with pure Apple juice. But either way it didn't do anything for me at all. Literally nothing. I drank a strong shot of coffee and it was 100x more effective. I was taking 2 sachets a day for 2 days then 4 a day for another 2 days and nothing. I am also under 50kg so you'd expect it to be a decent dose for someone my size.
Movicol is the best in the business. Gentle to my system, but works well. I find the lemon flavour is more palatable than the no flavour sachets.
For constipation this product is amazing. It comes in chocolate and plain, but I prefer the lemon-lime taste. The sachets are great for travelling and best of all it alleviated my problem.
Always my go-to! When I need a little help going the the bathroom, works well, tastes okay , no cramping !
Movicol is a great help, even better now in the flavour of lemon - lime. much easier to take when neccessary
We love this product, it does exactly what it says it will. It is our go to over any other laxative product as it distress any of us. It also has a pleasant lemon & lime taste over the original flavour.
Works really well and unlike the original/taste free movicol, this one has a pleasant aftertaste
