This is a great model for an experienced modeler to really work with for weathering techniques, etc. It's also a great model for less experienced modelers who want to dig into the big trucks. Very enjoyable kit!

It's a great deal more expensive to purchase than the one currently on my shelf. I think I paid somewhere around $15.00 for it new. But then that was in the 70's. I always enjoyed the ERTL kits. they were a little more challenging.
A welcome addition to my collection. Nice to see a reissue of this kit. Hope more are coming.
Looks just like the real thing I would highly recommend it for somebody that enjoys putting model trucks together Im gonna customize mine with bud wheels instead of Dayton wheels
This model is a typical truck tractor kit from MPC as far as painting and assembly is concerned. Take your time and enjoy the journey of building this model. It works well with a lowboy trailer with bulldozer or a flatbed with construction materials for display.
very good kit now produced by MPC ,original maker AMT. nice kit to build, but instruction not to clear.
Purchased because of Mack truck subject, also because of reissue. I have been purchasing many reissues along with new releases. Did not assemble, however, inspection of product, looks to be very nice.
the reason I marked no for the question is it adorable is because it's a model truck and they are fragile , but this model kit is really a very nice if you take your time the paint job it's well worth it and it will stand out in any collection of model trucks that you have , and the reason I gave four stars is because it does have some venting issues but these can be corrected really easily especially with hood just use a hairdryer but be very careful with the heat but overall well worth the money
