Grape Seed Extract contains Oligomeric Proanthocyanidin Complexes (OPCs), which are potent flavonoids with antioxidant properties. Flavonoids are a group of active compounds occurring naturally in fruit, vegetables, nuts, seeds, flowers and bark. These phytonutrients have a long history of use as a traditional remedy by early European civilizations. OPCs have been extensively studied and have exhibited multiple benefits in human health. One of the most significant benefits of grape seed extract is the ability to support cardiovascular and circulatory health. From proper circulation of blood through the vascular system, grape seed extract can consequently provide support for eye health. Many clinical studies in Europe have shown that grape seed extract can promote adequate cholesterol metabolism as well.

Purchased it as there is strong evidence from clinical studies that it has anti-aging properties. For the first time since puberty, my legs aren't purple and swollen from standing all day. I will buy this product for the rest of my life. Amazing value and a fantastic product.

A good quality product, I bought it bcz it is pure ingredients that are important for heart and circulation system health. As an antioxidant, i knkw it will clarify my blood from radicals and oxidative materials. The benefits of this extract are good enough to me. No taste issues and the size of the capsules is acceptable to me.

I have been using this product to maintain health for many years, for myself and my patients, and I find it quite effective. I have patients with cardiovascular problems who claim they see a clear difference in their well-being, when they take it. OPCs are among the strongest antioxydants, and they are water- and at the salme time lipid- soluble. I think it will always stay among my TOP 10 supplements, along with activated charcoal (n°1 supplement for everyone to have and use in my opinion), enzymes like Bromelain, MSM powder, Biosil, Vitamin C and bioflavonoids, Magnesium (true) Chlorophyll (not Copper Chlorophyll), some specific plant extracts, and soluble fiber (acacia) and pro/prebiotic products (FOS).I appreciate that this MRM product is cheap, and contains ... MoreI have been using this product to maintain health for many years, for myself and my patients, and I find it quite effective. Beware supplements have to take place supplementing an already well-thought diet, which remains the main part of our plan to well-being. As a therapist I tried hundreds of supplements over the last 20 years, from activated charcoal to organic germanium, from acid R-lipoic to Silymarin extract.
Supposedly, Packed with antioxidants, this natural supplement is derived from the seeds of grapes and offers a plethora of benefits for your overall well-being. The potent antioxidants found in grapeseed extract help protect your cells from damage caused by harmful free radicals, boosting your immune system and reducing the risk of chronic diseases. I will give this a go until I see benefits or see other research against it
I bought this grape seed extract due to its OPC content. I have mild proriasis and I am taking it to help. Previously, I only took one capsule per day and noticed only mild effect in my Psoraisis but I was overall more energetic with clear mind.I had a flu few days ago, so I took 2 capsules in the morning, it was to my surprise that my throat soreness/discomfort was so much better after the morning dose. Thus, I had another two capsules after lunch, it further made me feel better, far better than panadol or other flu medicine. I continue taking it, and it helps me with my flu. Then, I notice my Psoraisis is less itchy and so much better. I may be taking too low dose for my Psoraisis previously, so will take higher dose in order to control my Psoraisis.
