Poor customer service from AWD-IT tried to cancel my order before it was dispatched didn’t receive a response from the customer till my item arrived then they spelt my name wrong in the email. Won’t be buying from this company again

Performed as expected, very lost cost SSD option for a basic system build.
I liked the MSI name, but the product was just another cheap product and not what I expected. This type of offering by MSI makes me less confident in all other products they market.
Item was delayed three times, and lost by Fedex. I had to call customer service numerous times to get a refund.
Standard hard-drive, nothing special. No fancy controller to speed things up, but does its job without complaining
