I can't figure out how to use the function keys for the purposes labeled on the keys (i.e. volume) and I keep accidentally hitting the caps lock key, but I can't tell if that's because of the keyboard design or because of incompetence or ignorance on my part.

Got tired of my squishy keyboard at work and found this little gem great keyboard for the price no regrets
Bought this because the keyboard is quiet. I use it for business and replaced a mechanical keyboard. I like the RGB because sometimes I work early morning in a poorly lit space at home. Only negative is the only configuration for the RBG is its static rainbow, no movement. You can only lighten or darken with keyboard controls. An option for a static singular color would make it a perfect budget keyboard.
This keyboard works and does what you want it to do. So far nothing has broke, and it has still been serving me well. This keyboard isn't the greatest keyboard of all time, but it works, and is a good price.
I bought this as an external keyboard for my laptop, and it's literally just a good keyboard, not super expensive, and the texture of the keys feels nice too. 5 stars would buy again
