I originally started using collagen because I'm having severe hair loss. My thick hair was beginning to thin out and I was noticing minor bald patches. I have the unflavored powdered supplement that I put in my coffee each morning as well as a bottle of capsules that I use for evening or if I'm traveling. The collagen powder mixes easily and there truly is no taste. I would absolutely recommend this product as I can see the amazing results with relief of my knee and stomach pain, which was debilitating. I'm sure I'll see improvement with my hair, but its only been 30 days.

These are ok. I've already finished the whole bottle as you need to take 3 at a time. The bottle doesn't last long. I did not feel any benefit so maybe you need to take it for longer to feel anything. I will give it another try because I like the composition of ingredients. The quality seemed good and the packaging was no problem.

The multi Collagen Capsules are perfect for on the go. I use the powder in my coffee. However, I wanted my husband to take them too. And, while he says the powder collagen has no flavor he just prefers not to have it in his coffee. So, I make sure he has the capsules. He has now been taking the capsules for nearly 4 weeks and said "I have to admit. My knees don't hurt near as bad to get up from a sitting position." He has had two knee surgeries and feels the collagen is really helping him not feel aching when he moves. He is 61. I take the capsules (I'm 53) when I just need to get a second dose for the day and I don't feel like drinking a lot. However, the strawberry lemonade powder is perfect.
